Did they repair my broken product, yes. However they are super expensive. We were charged $400 for $30 part. Sorry I never usually write bad reviews, but I don’t concur with their 5 star reviews. After the job was done, I got the quote from another company that my friend recommended. I got the quote of $180. Wish I had done more research beforehand. Another thing I didn’t like - the replacement part was a duplicate one, but the servicemen claimed it was an authentic part. I got to know about that when I saw the box of the replacement part that servicemen brought in.

Alex and his assistant came to my house promptly after scheduling an appointment to fix my washer which wasn’t draining. They knew exactly how to fix it and they fixed the issue in an hour. They were very helpful and personable to explain what they did and how to maintain the efficiency of my washer going forward. If my wife and I ran into another appliance issue in the future we’d definitely use Alex and this service again.

Rick came out recently on a service call, and he had my stove working in no time. He was polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Fasteny for all of my appliance repair issues in the future!

Rick came out within a few hours of my call to evaluate what was going on with my fridge. He was sooo professional, kind and helpful!!! He made this experience an awesome one and I've already started recommending him to everyone I know!!! Don't hesitate to choose this company and Rick!!!!!

Had a warranty on our range and had to go through a company called A&E service repair as they were contracted through our insurance company. We had seven different appointments with them and they only showed up four times and couldn’t fix it. I called Fasteny for help and they came out same day, 2 hours after I called. The tech fixed our range and was incredibly polite, helpful and did a great job. I can’t stress this enough. They did in 2 hours what A&E service repair failed to do in 7 visits!!
I would call them again any time I have an appliance issue. I never leave reviews but felt they deserved this. From the person that answered the phone to the technician that came to fix it. Very professional, knowledgeable and amazing! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much Fasteny for your help! You guys were great!

I had an issue with my oven, and Mack came to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue to me and provided an estimate of the cost. Once I agreed to the repair, he worked efficiently and had my oven up and running in no time. I was impressed with his expertise and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Mack to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

I recently had to call on this Fasteny appliance repair company to fix my Refrigerator , and I was extremely impressed with their service. From the moment I called, the customer service was exceptional - the person who answered the phone was friendly and professional, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out Same day . When the technician arrived, he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Refrigerator and gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He had all the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently. Thank you Mack and Fasteny appliance repair.
