I love Groom as a company. Just like in life nothing can ever be perfect, but Groom is like a family to their employers and the work is amazing. It will sometimes depend on whom is the sup although they all have the skills some do more I love you Josh thanks! Great company great business !

Most reviews concerning a major house renovation would probably start out... "it was a complete horror show, I would never use those guys again"... not this review. Groom Construction performed a major renovation of our three story 1769 home in Marblehead. They were very professional in their approach and execution, and their sub-contractors were excellent and helpful. This project was not a small task, it involved: complete rewiring, complete plumbing install, new central HVAC, all new bathrooms, and a complete new kitchen. All of this was done without harming the centuries-old soul of the house. There were a few hiccups along the way, mostly due to the pandemic and supply chain problems. At the end of the day, it was a job well done and to say we love our home would be an understatement. Thank you. -Nancy Mantilla and Andrew Finley

The company may be good as a whole, but the old guy Tim is terrible. He missing a finger because he doesn’t know how to use tools, smokes too many cigarettes in one night so it’s hard to understand what he’s saying. For someone in charge you shouldn’t be saying “ I don’t know” every ten minutes. Just a deadbeat, time to hang it up Sir.

Horrible company full of deadbeats that have no experiance. The Owner is the head dead beat that instructs these bafoons he has working for him what to do. Sad instructions cause nothing ever gets done the way he says it will in the estimate. Everytime they are on a job someone gets injured, including the homeowner. They leave hazardess materials all over the place, cause they are too negligent and lazy to bend over and pick up. Hire them and I guarantee you, you'll be writing a worse review then this dealing with these morons. SAVE THE MONEY, HIRE A REAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY! !!
