Rav was a great find in a bad situation. We bought a house and did not realize there was an infestation of bedbugs. After calling many different services and becoming informed about bedbugs, we decided to go with Rav. His knowledge, understanding, availability, and genuine concern for making sure the problem was gone, was how he conducted his business. After two treatments, the bedbugs were gone, but we were so worried that he did a third treatment for our peace of mind and with three months after not seeing any more bedbugs he called us to make sure that everything was all set. If you are going through any problems that need pest control I highly recommend Rav.
Can’t say enough good things about Rav. Showed up right on time with a positive attitude and reassured us that he will resolve our pest control. From start to finish he explained to us in detail how he was going to combat the problem. Very knowledge, polite and ready to work. Called Boston Best Pest Control for a carpenter ant infestation :( Naturally, I was freaking out about it. Rav came quickly and said they should all be gone within the week. He also has a 3 month guarantee which gives me peace of mind if any somehow survive.

Have a mouse problem. The company owner came to my house- checked the foundation for entry holes. Spent 1 hour on the outside entry holes filling them with steel wool and foam! Then we went inside and he:
1. Looked behind the stove where a nest usually is. I swept and he filled holes and left a trap.
2. Checked the basement and filled every hole. Placed bait traps.
3. Checked my entire house, rooms, behind sofa, under beds and in closets for droppings and entry holes.
Total time at house: 2hours and got the job done!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! And thank you!!!

This company is great! we use them all the time they get the job done and always do it so well. Ravinder is a great technician and knows his stuff! We really enjoy working with him!
