I own a small commercial building in Easton and was gouged by a large elevator company for 10 years without knowing it. My cost of maintenance is less than 1/2 of what it used to be, their staff is neat and responsive and they keep me posted both on the services they are providing (which they do automatically during normal business hours) and any testing by the Commonwealth. Highly recommend.

i wish I could give 10 stars! From the start, Atlantic South has been amazing. From the sales team taking a look at our equipment to getting a written contract in hand, getting both units to pass required state inspections, to the regular monthly service - all has been great. Even their office staff is beyond helpful. Moving our elevator needs to Atlantic was by far a positive step in the right direction. keep up the great work all!

Worked on a large gut-renovation of a 5 story hotel building - Atlantic Elevator was out quite often during construction for various upgrades and maintenance tasks and did a great job. Their service techs were always timely and efficient and knowledgeable. the upgrade they did to cab interiors was great, and they were very accommodating during Fire Alarm and Building Inspection schedules and services.

Our elevator that is serviced by Atlantic Elevator is in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church in S. Attleboro, MA . It is used a lot of the weekends to make sure our handicap and elderly parishioners can safely attend mass or other church functions in the church hall. Atlantic elevator has always given us top notch service. Because our elevator is used a lot and things do happen. I have had to call for service and we have always had same day service and have always been pleased. Everything from their service techs, call center and billing has been wonderful and we look forward to continued service with Atlantic Elevator.

I think Atlantic Elevator South is a great company to work with. Today I called at 8:00 am for a service call, in a half hour there was someone servicing my Elevator. I don't think you can get faster service then that.
