We heard about bulldog decks from my brother, who used them to build a beautiful deck in Hopkinton. After one look at their work, I knew that if we wanted the best quality workmanship, we must go with their team for our unique project. Preston came to the city to personally meet us and talk through options for a very complex roof deck build. We explored various material samples and deck designs, and landed on middle seam design using ipe wood. I observed the team overcome challenges like hand carrying wood to the 7th floor roof, building on a slanted surface, and working around fixed structures. The end result was stunning. Perfectly crafted with a beautiful look. We have received many compliments already, and absolutely love our roof. If you’re looking for top quality, talk to Bulldog Decks.

We recently had our 35+ year old deck replaced by Preston and crew of Bulldog Decks. From our initial meeting with Preston to discuss replacement, materials and design, and subsequent changes, we found that the project was well planned, and well performed from start to finish. Bulldog Decks

We engaged Bulldog Decks to replace an old small deck in our backyard. From that start Preston was extremely responsive to our inquiries and came by to review the ask and go over the proposed work and material options. Once we scheduled the work Preston and his co-worker were always on-time, professional, and pleasant. They removed the old structure and we got to watch as they carefully created and installed the new one piece by piece. The new structure is incredibly solid and looks fantastic, we absolutely couldn't be happier with it. Great work, would use this company again without hesitation, and definitely recommend them.

Bulldog Decks

Building anything in the city is no easy feat. Building a deck in a historic section of Boston can be nearly impossible. But Preston made it all look effortless, taking care of all the permits and approvals that are required here. I must admit I didn’t think it could be done in the time frame he set, but he delivered right on time! The quality of workmanship is amazing. Our new deck might just be the nicest, sturdiest part of our building now. We chose Ipe wood for the decking and railing and it came out gorgeous, with every joint, corner, connection and surface perfectly finished. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new deck or replacing an old one.

Bulldog Decks

We recently had our old deck replaced and added a new deck on the lower section of our house. The crew from Bulldog Decks led by Preston did an outstanding job, from the design to the craftsmanship. Jeff, Randy and Chris were professional and did great work. Everything was planned out from start to finish and explained along way. Even changes in design and scope were taken care of with a smile. Lastly, all clean up, from daily to finish, was spot on. The highest compliments came from the harshest critics, my sisters-in-law.
