Two stars for providing an estimate over the phone. Thank you. Others wanted $89.00 to provide the same. Negative 3 stars for asking $589.00 to replace a simple thermostat, not a smart one. Thermostat included. I guess they do not want the business.

I was concerned about the age of the unit and made them aware yet all they did was repair it instead of trying to sell him a new unit. My central ac unit stopped working last week and I called Frank’s to come out for a $145 diagnosis. Rick arrived Monday afternoon and “checked” everything while I was at work and my daughter was home to let him in. He concluded it was the capacitor and he has already changed it as I arrived home for payment. He charged $534 and the temperature in the house went down to 81 degrees, Rick told me to wait a hour it would be all set. After a hour, the temperature went back up to 84 degrees. I called the company and Rick came back, frustrated that it wasn’t working and then diagnosed it again as the problem being the condensation pump. He wanted to charge me another $615 for the condensation pump. I asked as to how he misdiagnosed it the first time and he told me as to how this business works. The temperature went down when degree when he first came so he did solve the problem. I was extremely frustrated and told him I didn’t want to proceed with this companies services. I called the next morning to speak to the manager and he told me I was lucky that Rick was kind enough to deduct the $145 diagnosis fee from the $534 price and he can take $150 off the $615 price for the condensation pump. How did an expert employee misdiagnosed the problem? Avoid the headache and taking advantage of… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Nice service people. Raining heavy. They checked the inside furnace ? I needed the outside ac unit checked. Andrew said because of HIPPA rules and rain checking the. Outside unit could not be done. I definitely agreed. We decided a repeat visit to finish the job would be necessary. The office called and wanted payment on job done! I said… not done! They were pretending to be professional but at this point calling me “Miss”. I asked for her name… finally telling me it was Pam..I called her Ms. Pam. She asked for my email to send a review of work done and said another separate visit would be needed. That the technician visiting was not capable of any maintenance work or repairs. I believe the bill will be $195. He only checked the air handler

Recently completed HVAC installation in my basement. I was satisfied with the quality of work. More importantly, a part of the completed duct work need to be raised a few inches at the time of framing and Chris, the agent who I worked with at Franks, immediately responded and scheduled a Frank’s technician to come in the next day. Frank’s pricing for HVAC is on expensive side but the quality of work is great. I will post another review after the basement is completed and the HVAC becomes fully functional to confirm that everything looks good.

We had a new ductless split (Mitsubishi - one unit outside with 2 inside) installed in an in-law that had heat but no AC. The AC did its job well but it is also doing a great job supplementing the oil heat as well. My Mom is always cold and it added the required extra layer of heat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the tech guys were professional and clean. They also added an Ecobee thermostat so I can control the main heat from my phone. Very cool feature!

We had Frank's install a complete, new heating and air system. The install team was professional, knowledgeable and made this a seamless transition for us. I also want to give a shout out to Ivan who came to our house to fix something after the fact and did a fabulous job! Both times the teams completely cleaned up-you couldn't even tell they had been there. Amazing! We are very satisfied so far. We had previously had Franks for several years doing maintenance on our system. We would highly recommend!

This was the first time I used Frank's Heating & Air Conditioning, and I was very impressed.
My central air was blowing warm air, and with the humidity, it was very uncomfortable inside my house.
I called Frank's and they were able to send a technician the next day.
My AC condenser is very old, and original to my home (it came with the house) and I was certain my compressor was shot.
Tanner the technician arrived and to our shared shock, only the capacitor was blown.
He was able to replace the capacitor and run all the necessary diagnostic tests, and soon it was up an running again.
Truly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to explain some of the limitations of my older system, when it comes to repair.
I really appreciated his work and professional manner.
I would strongly recommend Frank's to anyone.
