Out of the 6 quotes I got for spray foam, these guys were the only ones to actually make recommendations of how to get a better final product. Even after we agreed to add a few more things on than the other quotes, they were still very competitive. They took the time to do the job to the best of their abilities like it was their own house, and were very friendly and courteous through the whole process. We had a second floor and basement rim joist spray foamed and the end result looks awesome. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves too. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone
Great so far. They just finished up, and couldn't have been more polite throughout the job. They were patient when I asked questions, and they checked in with me frequently if they figured I'd like to know about something. They also did a great job cleaning up as they were leaving each day.

Mike has a professional, friendly, efficient, and overall hardworking crew. I had insulation work done in the attic and basement. The communication, estimate/pricing and work done was spot on from beginning to end.

The folks at Carbonneau Insulation were fantastic to work with - from the owners , Mike and Sherry, to the whole crew of workers who came out. We selected them for our MassSave work. This is an awesome, family-run business. The communication and scheduling with the office was excellent and the crew went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure the work was done right. Everyone on the crew was professional and polite and happy to explain what they had done. They have my highest recommendation.

Mike Carbonneau Insulation performed air sealing and attic insulation for my home as part of Mass Save’s energy efficiency program. Mike’s knowledgeable and efficient crew exceeded my expectations! They were extremely competent; they work together like a well-oiled machine. They were patient, and answered all of my questions and concerns, they are very knowledgeable. Their meticulous attention to detail really impressed me! I observed them carefully cutting insulation bats, and just as carefully placing them into the soffit vent areas to get the maximum energy savings without blocking the vents. They didn’t just stuff them into place; they took the time to do the job correctly! They also identified problem areas, then recommended and installed solutions. For instance, they noticed my bathroom vents vented into the soffits. From their experience, they have noticed that over time this moisture rots the framing near the soffit, and can become moldy… They recommended and installed roof vents and insulated ducts for my bathroom fans, the way it should have been done when my home was built… I don’t think you will find a better team to air seal and insulate you home!

Mike and son Griffin and crew did an outstanding job insulating my antique house. I was very wary but they answered all my questions and did an excellent job. Treated my house with great care!

Mike and his crew were very professional, polite and respectful of my property. They insulated my basement and an addition to my house. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived! I was so impressed with this company and their standard of work ethic. I would recommend their service to everyone. They were EXCELLENT!
