I have been using Cat’s Eye for a couple of years now. I have rental property. My experience with Cat’s Eye has always been great. They are responsive, on time, great follow through. I can’t recommend them more highly. I have used other services but this team is great. Don’t hesitate to call them with all of your pest needs.
We signed up for the 3-visit plan to remove the mice, followed by a yearlong plan with follow up visits every other month. So far so good! The Catseye team is very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining, sealing up any holes, and cleaning up/sanitizing. Every visit, they check around the house - inside and outside - again to make sure all entryways are sealed, since this is the best prevention. Thank you especially to Jim, who is kind, careful and extremely knowledgeable.

I like the service but the notification of pending service sucks. I was notified late Friday that a tech would visit on Saturday AM at 8 in the morning. This is a big problem and that is why you received 2 stars. The actual team of field workers are great but the office leaves a bit to be desired. Sorry but it’s the fact.

The technician came out and checked the outside perimeter of my house for any spots were mice could get in. The following day I received his report. He found one hole and fixed it and recommended I move my wood pile. I did catch one mouse last night but it was much quieter after the TD hnicisn fixed the hole.

Catseye is reliable and efficient. Our technician Zac called with his estimated time of arrival. He provided professional service and was very thorough in his inspection and reloading our bait stations.We have had this service for several years and it has eliminated pests and rodents from our property. Our cottage was infested with mice because we left food in the cabinets over the Winter. Mice had always been in the attic, and in the basement, but we needed Catseye to help us keep them out of the house. We have been using Cats-eye services for almost 2 years now. We are on a maintenance plan, which is very affordable and well worth the money. Every Cats-eye employee who has come to the house has been very knowledgeable and some of the nicest people you’ll meet. We have never seen one mouse dropping in the cottage since we signed up with Catseye. If you’re having a problem with mice coming into the house, I definitely recommend Catseye.

I hired Cats eye to take care of my mothers home. She lives in the city and with the onset of demolition and construction of abandon buildings around her home developed a pretty significant rodent problem. (Rats and mice, ?) Cats Eye was responsive, gave me an itemized plan, a variety of options for and price points for treatments and recommendations for further prevention. They were timely, professional, communicative, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed in the future.
