Love the pool, the crew was great to work with, explained nuances of the filtration system and ensured everything was as it should be. Paul helped save me money on water delivery during the process too which I thought was really nice of him to go out of his way to do so. We’re about one year into the pool being complete and it’s been one of the best things we’ve ever done

I'm not saying the owner is not professional, but the young guy working there, one for instant, did not give right directions of how much to put in a 1,052 gallon Intex pool. I was told to put 4lbs of calcium and two 1 lb bags of pH Plus. We put it in there and the pool stayed one week cloudy and so we try to shock it as the filter is running constantly and still cloudy! We were very upset and came suggested a refund, but was not in the question. The owner was helpful because he was not aware untill we called and I think he knew one of the guys suggested wrong directions to us because he looked at him kinda upset when we came in. Never again will I go there.

Keith took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process both for the salt water conversion and water heater for pools, even though they don’t happen to service the area I’m located in. He gave me the information needed to take to a company that services my area so I know exactly what to ask for. Can’t recommend them enough. Give them a call!

Paul was great to deal with before during and after the pool construction. Despite some setbacks early on, his guys worked through it and got the job done quickly. The quality of the job was excellent and almost all of his guys were super pleasant. I would strongly recommend.

We made a reservation early in 2020 for a pool installation in 2021, after a friend recommended B & L the previous summer. Paul's team just finished our pool and we are very pleased with everything. Paul was a pleasure to work with, designing and planning the project. His installation team was very professional. They came when they said they would be there and they did a great job with each of the stages of construction. Watching them build our pool gave me a new respect for this industry. It took a great deal of work to put our pool in. Each of the teams that came did and excellent job, from Sitework and preparation, to construction of the pool and concrete work, including the electrical systems and plumbing. Then, at the end of construction we had Eli spend time with us training us on all the systems, how to manage the pool and understand how it works, including the heating system and hot tub. This was a significant investment, but we are happy we choose B & L. If a pool company tells you they can install your pool this season, be careful. Like construction, the professionals that do great work are in high demand and have a waiting list. Being patient to wait for the right installer is probably a very smart decision when it comes to pools. Gary Mello, Swansea MA

B&L has been amazing to work with and goes above a beyond. We have dealt with a lot og issues throughout our project, and B&L has been the one contractor who hasn't been a problem. The guys in the store are great too. Really helpful in learning how to maintain our pool.

B and L pools is by far the best pool company around. Our pool is now 8 years old and I still cannot say enough about this company. We rarely have an issue but when we do they are speedy, helpful and handle everything we need. This past weekend we were having a family party and the owner came to our house to check our filter last minute that wasnt working properly. He then dropped off a spare filter for us to use in the meantime so our pool would be clean for the party before ours could be repaired this week. You cannot beat the kindness or service that comes with this family run company. We just love our pool and them!
