We switched to using 128plumbing over the past year for A/C maintenance, and used them for a minor plumbing issue as well. Their communication and professionalism has been outstanding. We just had routine maintenance done on a unit, and Joe was great. He helped me order the correct filter, saving time/ money, and was available to help with a minor installation issue by text- much appreciated!
Chandler and Conner did an excellent job on our drain pipes. They were very considerate of keeping our cat safe from getting out. They kept us informed throughout the process and left everything very clean.

Every step of my experience was exceptional
From scheduling to the day of my appointment. The text reminders were very helpful and when I received a couple of phone calls from Craig telling me exactly what the expected time of arrival would be was very reassuring and helpful
Craig and Dom’s professional and expert knowledge in their trade was very reassuring.
They we’re both very professional and pleasant throughout the appointment
I am grateful to have a company like 128 plumbing available to do an excellent job and with a seamless professional experience

I would strongly urge anyone to not hire this company.
Several weeks ago, I called 128 to help replace 2 bathroom toilets. They were old with original shutoffs, so I figured it was better to call a plumber than do it myself.
Their plumber proceeded to tell me that they needed to tear open my first floor ceiling to replace the entire drain assembly because the flange was broken and "too high". He provided me an estimate of $1,800 and asked me to put 50% down. As a kind gesture, he also provided me a quote of $18,000 to replace my entire drain stack for no reason. Common sense will tell you that you don’t repair or replace a toilet flange from below the floor.
I called a local plumber who arrived the next day and replaced the flange in 30 minutes. He was perplexed when I told him what a prior plumber’s suggestion was (I did not use 128 by name). After sharing my negative experience with 128, they refunded me the entire charge of the initial visit ($600), presumably because they knew it was wrong.
Today, I thought I would give them a second chance when I needed some electrical help. When I called, the receptionist confirmed my information and told me they “weren’t booking any new electrical appointments for the near future” but would add me to a “cancellation list”. She could not tell me how far out “near future” was. This seemed odd. I called back a second time without providing my information, and the same receptionist (Callie) was happy to schedule an appointment for me in 2 days. When I provided my contact information again and asked why she wouldn’t book me initially, I was told that she “wasn’t allowed to book new appointments for me” due to notes in my profile. Obviously, this means she lied to me initially, did not place me on a cancellation list and had no intent of ever helping to schedule me.
I can confidently say that I was nothing but polite to their plumber and manager, but simply expressed my dissatisfaction at the fact that their plumber tried to excessively charge me, and asked them to help resolve the issue. To then be blacklisted from any future work, and directly lied to about it, speaks to 128’s culture and how they view their customers. It's fortunate I was not calling for an emergency reason. It seems this company is only focused on working for customers who they can up charge and maximize profits. Never hire a plumber or electrician who will not be honest with you.

Just worked with 128 Plumbing to replace a toilet due to a bathroom leak/plumbing issues. We worked with Eric who was really great! He was very prompt on arriving first thing in morning, diagnosing the problem, and educating me on the issue/providing multiple options to resolve that best fit our situation. Eric was able to complete the job on the spot and in just a couple of hours. Eric was knowledge and professional in his work and I trusted his recommendations. Would use them again for future services.

I normally will not call a big company because they usually charge so much money. But I haven’t been able to find a plumber that I’m happy with and really needed a lot of help with my gas valve that was out of code and leaking when i shut it off. Eric came and I was shocked at the cost! It wasn’t crazy at all! And when I say this man went over and above to fix both lines… He deserves a raise. He was so helpful by telling me which line went to what room. I also got a maintenance plan for my 2 on-demand boilers for 3 yrs which was also not expensive! I hope they send Eric again because I called back for my tenants central AC issue, my central AC install and a bunch of plumbing projects I need done. I’m so happy and relieved to finally have someone I can call for plumbing issues! I recommend them to everyone! And if you’re lucky enough to get ERIC! Well just know your in good hands!

We have used 128 plumbing for big and small job in the past. They are a top notch company! We have been very happy with everything they have done. We recently had Craig and Dom at our house and they did a great job! They were both very professional, polite and cleaned up any mess left behind. My husband and I would highly recommend 128 Plumbing!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding company to clear my kitchen drain pipes, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I live in Malden and this is my first time using a sewer repair service in the US. Jeff F and Colby, the employees who came to my home, were not only incredibly efficient and professional in repairing the sewer pipes, but they also went above and beyond by educating me on proper sewer pipe maintenance.
Jeff and Colby were prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, ensuring that my kitchen drain was functioning perfectly again. What impressed me the most was their willingness to share valuable tips and insights on how to prevent future issues, which I found incredibly helpful. They used shoe covers and cleaned the repair area very well after work. This is very commendable.
If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team to handle your plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company. Jeff F and Colby are true assets to their team!

Absolutely the best co. They helped fix my furnace a few years
Back. They also helped when it came time for a new furnace. Helped me with mass save paperwork. I just can't say enough good things about 128 Plumbing, heat, cooling and electric. As far as I am concernted they are the best around. I bought a house that had a service contract on the furnace. That's how i learned about them. See their excellent work in the pictures.
