Sweetwater is amazing on every level. First, they are prompt and responsive when dealing with any issue. Second, they are professional and really knowledgeable. Third they are reliable and reasonably priced. Customer service has disappeared in so many companies and even with the current staff shortages they are always taking care of their customers. I use them for weekly pool service, opening, closing and chemicals. I will go nowhere else - highly recommend them to all pool owners!
Insanely expensive. It just cost us $1,200 to open our pool. And this was a "basic" pool opening. No special issues came up. They snuck in a $259 charge for a bucket of 3" chlorine tabs. That is an insane markup. The current price online is almost $100 cheaper. And we already had tabs if they'd bothered to ask us.
My impression is that there just aren't many pool companies in the area, so the lack of competition + COVID has let them run prices through the roof.

I have used this company for service at a condominium that has indoor pool and spa and cannot thank them enough for always being available on very little notice and the professionalism of every staff member was exceptional.
