Extinguisher department is great. Call in schedule a time everything and everything is clear cut.
The sprinkler and fire panel monitoring division is terrible. They schedule appointments. No one shows up you leave a message for Jason. You never hear back. Pretty adamant guy for giving a shot to company but if I had a call the same division eight times to hear back once schedule an appointment and they don’t show up. I don’t know what else to do other than that department needs assistance.
