The issue was a Samsung gas oven that wasn't heating properly. Adam arrived within the time window I requested and promptly diagnosed the problem--which was different than I had thought. He gave me a parts and labor price, which was consistent with an estimate I had gotten directly from Samsung. It was not cheap, but it seems to be the going cost of house-call repairs these days. Adam and his trainee spent more time than they expected due to some balky screws but got the job done. The oven heated up much faster. Mission accomplished.
Adam also replaced the oven bulb, which we hadn't realized had burned out (no charge) and took the time to recommend his favorite cleaner for the baked-on residue that had accumulated on the inside glass of the oven door.
I highly recommend Adam's Brand for appliance repair. We found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable.

Adam and his team did an amazing job fixing my washing machine. I have a stackable Whirlpool washer/gas dryer. Most appliance repair companies refuse to service them. The washer door lock would not lock. He was able to disconnect the gas dryer and remove it to gain access to the washer's main control board. He was then able to fix the door lock wiring that connects to the control board and the door now locks. They also responded same day. I highly recommend Adam's Brand Appliance Repair!!

I highly recommend Adam. I rarely post reviews, but after twice working with Adam, I will now use him for all my appliance needs. He arrived very quickly (less than 24 hrs) when I had a subzero freezer issue, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix, got the replacement part and installed it promptly the next day. He’s on time, courteous, professional and leaves everything clean. He also taught me a couple things about my fridge/freezer to look out for. And my dog likes him, so there’s that.

Adam's team is friendly, efficient and honest. They found my washer worked well after checking and testing so they told me no repair needed to be done. And they gave me one month guarantee for the checking. I will definitely ask them again if there would be any appliances' issues.

Adam's was great. Came out the next day to assess my dryer. Took his time to make sure he went part by part. Found the problem and quickly fixed it same day. I own a Maytag dryer and he also put my mind to ease. Highly recommend Adam.

On time, courteous and reliable, Adam was quick to diagnose the problem and fix my washer. The best part was - he didn’t try to push additional parts and labor. If another appliance goes on the fritz - I am calling Adam immediately.
