Waiting over 2 months for warranty part for generator. Is this the kind of service you would expect/deserve?
Snow, rain, wind and possible power outages in mid-week storm coming to Massachusetts. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Bigelow Electrical installed and has maintained our backup generator since 2008 and we've had nothing but great results and service! Not once has our generator failed to pickup in an outage and the preventive maintenance program they've implemented has insured that it's always available when it's most needed! Very professional and seamless...I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having a system installed and/or maintained.

I was recommended by the manufacturer to fix a warranty issue with my Kohler generator. After 2 months of emails they stopped responding. When I called they gave me an attitude and told me that if i didn’t purchase the generator from them then they will get to it when their customers are taken care of after given multiple time they said they will show up.

There may be things that you see as a customer that makes no sense to you when having an electric motor rebuilt but they are done like this for a very specific reason. After speaking with a few rebuild shops about my motor issue, these shops wanted to just replace the original type bearings. Bigelow Electric brought up a very good point that I really thought about before contracting with them. The fact that my motor had and required a certain bearing, they recommended a new design bearing which literally solved the issue. I spoke with one of their motor technicians and found him to be more systemic, and calculated. We had a great conversation about electric motors, new bearing types and my particular application. Now, we no longer operate the motor of and on in between our normal cooling periods. Thank you again guys.
