We had a mini split heat pump system installed by A+ HVAC. Every bit of the process was extremely professional and easy. Not only did they design our system specifically to meet our needs. But they worked with us to obtain a special loan as well as the rebate offered for such a system. The sales person did a great job, explaining everything we needed to know. The technicians were amazing, both in their work and their attitudes. They were on time in uniform, and they cleaned up as they went never leaving a mess at all. As soon as one hole was drilled, someone was there with a vacuum cleaner to clean up. After the installation, the lead installer spent time with us, making sure we understood how to use the system, and he answered any questions that we might have. I’m very glad we hired A+ HVAC, and will use them again if need be.
