I had an emergency during the weekend when my pool pump stopped working. Despite the fact that they do not work over the weekend, Clancy (the head of the company) came himself and quickly fixed the problem. Excellent client service!

My heat pump crapped out 2 days before my kids' birthday pool party. Calling around to 5 authorized servicers, Pioneer Valley was the only one that answered the call. Clancy went above and beyond for me in my time of need, staying late and helping track down the right part and get it into my hands in less than 24 hours, something I didn’t believe was even possible. I now have some hope I'll have a heater for the party. You just don't expect to find service like this anymore. Clancy has a wonderful team; these are good people that act with kindness and help others. Whether the part works or not, they’ve earned my future business on all things pool related. UPDATE: Well, in less than 24 hours I have a working heater! When things were looking so hopeless yesterday, these guys went out on a limb for me and saved the day. There just aren't enough good things to say. 10 STARS

If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I would give. I’ve been shopping around for local pool companies, especially on hot days like today in New England. While I haven’t yet found the right choice for our project, I have definitely found the absolute never choice. Buyer beware. I recently visited the site of one of Pioneer Valley Fiberglass Pools’ current installations. After ten months, they have delivered on only a damaged, unsafe, unusable and incomplete pool. It is clear they do not value safety, customer satisfaction, or take pride in their product. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a more reliable pool company.

From start to finish PVF pools and the entire team have been amazing. It took some time for the manufacturer (Leisure) to construct our pinnacle 35 pool but Jasmin and the team kept me updated regularly. When it was finally ready to go the team wasted no time scheduling the delivery and installation. The process went quick and soon after we were up and running. The team worked well with all the other subcontractors on the job and made adjustments when needed. Although the install went pretty smooth it wasn’t without unforeseen issues. How PVF handled those issues was what makes them world class. I had a heater failure that was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. I also had issues with my automatic cover that PVF was determined to make right. John came out to my pool multiple times very quickly to ultimately diagnose and resolve faulty ropes and pully’s. Throughout, the entire team was responsive and understanding, and more importantly they’ve stood behind everything they installed. I’m looking forward to many great years using our pool and would absolutely recommend PVF pools!
