I'm not sure how there are positive reviews here but what I would suggest is you review this company online and you will see dozens of negative reviews, including on Angie's List and Yelp. They all same what i'm saying here, very slow, unresponsive, very lazy and doesn't seem to want to work. Just wants your check.
I was helping my Aunt after her house fire and my experience has been horrible. We had to provide documents for everything, images of checks, invoices, and all that is normal but we had to track and log everything in excel before he would accept it. I labeled every check and listed with an invoice in the excel document so you could look up each one and how they were related and he could still not figure it out. Shouldn't it be his job to get the information we send and organize it? We would email questions over and there were no responses for weeks and when we would call he would say he never got the email but I would mention he responded to the email but never answered the questions. He would then ask things like if we can send the excel document he required as a PDF. I just don't understand in 2020 how you cannot work with basic document. He received a lot of money and really has not done much work. I'm not sure it was even worth using him.
Like I said, just look up this company online and I think you will rethink you decision. I included a screenshot where he requested we "resend' everything we have send for months now, even though he should have it all, I resent it all, photos, document, and excel and you can see his response in the screenshots. It doesn't even make sense.
