I will give negative 5 if Google allows me to do this. Fraudulent company provides none real fixation of your elevator. They always send 2 workers who play phone and talk all the time without working. Yeah, they charge more than 5 hours every time they come and cost $600 every week. Do your budget before hire them. Run ASAP.

All elevator companies are a scam. They charge way too much and make up new rules to make more money.

Horrible company. I ask them to come fix our elevator, they sort of fix it and tell me they are waiting on a part. Part never comes, never gets fixed, inspects our elevator and then fails us. Now we have to pay an outrageous inspection fee that took them 10 MINUTES to do. I just recieved a ridiculous proposal for the repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolute garbage.

They ruined our elevator. Literally never fixed anything. Get quotes for multiple parts but after 8 months, no part is delivered or installed. They always send two workers for a simple fixation and double charge you double prices. DONT HIRE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR ELEVATOR!

crazy company… they provides the lowest quote but nothing into work. Yes, they will arrive on time. But techs are chatting and doing nothing. Our elevator is done for 3 month and for every reason they gave, they never solved any of them. Crazy company and crazy people if you hire them. Just run away

Keystone has "rescued" several of my fraternal organizations' elevator needs. I've known them since the day they opened. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their service.
