Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with while helping me pick out curtains and rods for 2 very large windows in our home. I had worked with Lowes for shades for our home (thinking spending less would be worth it) and after Lowes messed it up multiple times and it has been over 1 year and my shades are still not completed...I fully value working with Tyler & Sash. Working with a smaller, expert business who cares is so worth the little bit extra you pay verse going to a large box store like Lowes. I will definitely work with Josh and Shaun in future home projects.
We just relocated to the Boston area and purchased a new home. We stopped in just out curiosity to inquire about window coverings, and when we met Shaun we decided there was no other place we need to go. he was very personable and professional. He came out, measured all windows ,installed them the next day after closing and we couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them for future projects Thank you Shaun and staff!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Tyler and Sash. When I visited the store in Winchester, Shaun was very warm and welcoming, he walked me through all the options for our windows, later came to our place for measurements and ordered shades that matched perfectly with the trims. I absolutely loved this attention to details. The install was very quick and smooth. The store has a gorgeous collection of fabrics. If you would like classy window treatments, go to Tyler and Sash.

I had the pleasure of meeting both Josh and Shaun on a search for window treatments. We had very little knowledge of what to ask and Josh steered me and my husband in the right direction. Shaun was very helpful with a home visit and made us comfortable in our decision. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and wonderful customer care.

Tyler & Sash was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Sean, the owner, worked with us for weeks (we were the ones being indecisive—he was timely and quick) while we worked through our design considerations and options. He gave us an outstanding in-home consultation and worked within our design preferences, but also shared his own expertise and experience with his suggestions and recommendations for how we could liven up our space. We ended up with hardwood plantation shutters that look absolutely fantastic, and the installation team did a great job. Tyler & Sash wasn't the cheapest place I looked at, but I think this was a case of getting what I paid for. I'm glad I did.
