Custom Bath Remodeling just completed my two-bathroom project, and I have nothing but good things to say about this company at all stages. Andrew, the Bath Designer, made several trips to my home, helping me figure out the designs and worked within my budget. He walked me through all the decisions step by step, and was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. I am thrilled with not only the beautiful work, but also the impressive crew. Marcone, Diemerson, JP, Luciano and Morgan - just to name a few - were punctual, courteous and extremely talented. I really appreciated the care they took to protect my floors and bedrooms while they worked, and the thorough cleanup each night. Stephanie and Christine checked in with me daily to see if I had questions, and let me know what was to come the following day. When an unexpected shortage of LVT tile arose, Stephanie arranged to have 3 new options sent for me to choose, before I was even made aware of the situation. PLUS, they had brought enough of each option to complete the floor so that there was no delay. That was impressive. As it turns out, I like the new option even more than my original choice. Demo to final electrical took only two weeks, as Andrew had estimated. A very professional company and I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Custom Bath and Kitchen Remodeling. The whole process from start to finish was so seamless. John our sales consultant, answered all our questions about the renovation process and really helped us pick out exactly what we wanted while working within our budget. The crew that came to demo and install our new bathroom were Marcone and Diemerson, they were AMAZING!!! They were punctual every day of the job and were very respectful of our home. They took the time to cover everything and clean up. They were super friendly and asked questions to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. You could tell they really took a lot of pride in their work and did a fabulous job. The communication by the team was also excellent, they let us know each day when they would be there and when the project would be finished. We are so happy with our new bathroom, the products and fixtures they use are wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for a honest company that will be get the job done right in a professional manner, this is the company for you! We know who we will use for our next bathroom remodel - Custom Bath and Kitchen Remodeling! :)

The final stage of painting was completed today. This whole process was a breeze. The crews were ALL amazing. The bathroom looks fantastic. The professionalism and politeness of the gentlemen working was unmatched by any other contractors I have used. Ever. J.P., Silvani, and Luciano were the standouts (painting and finishing). Highly recommended. I loved the work so much I had them come back to do the 1/2 bath. Nothing has changed. From start to finish these are the folks to go to if you want to re-do a bath.

I LOVE my new bathroom!!! I had the best experience from start to finish - first, John came to my house with TONS of samples of flooring, countertops, shower walls, etc. The contractors, Marcone and Diemerson, and the painters, Silvani and JP were top notch professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better crew! These gentleman were not only very hard workers, but they were also very personable and left the worksite spotless every day. They showed up on time and got the job done in the exact timeframe that they had promised. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Custom Bath Remodeling out of Hudson, MA completed a job at my house back in 2015. Removed the floor and tub as there was mold underneath. Had another company come out and spray to remove the mold and Custom Bath Remodeling was to install new bath, flooring, vent in ceiling and paint. For one they never pulled a permit for the town to come out and inspect the work. And now that we uncovered a problem only because we are having our kitchen gutted and redone, Custom Bath Remodeling conveniently can't find any of our paperwork in their system. One of their field supervisors was at our house this past Tuesday 10/31/23. My current contractors started demo on the bathroom that morning so we can stay on track for our overall project date. The field supervisor from Custom Bath Remodeling even said to myself, my wife and the contractor that it was done incorrectly back in 2015. With no permit pulled their work wasn't inspected and they were in and out of my house in 2 days. We have photos from George who worked at Custom Bath Remodeling group back in 2015. Joices were cut in the floor to accomodate the plumbing which ruined the integrity of the floor and stability. I have a video of the floor showing it but can't post on this review. The three pictures are showing the bathroom, before getting gutted. I have many more as well as videos showing cut joices and framing that is floating and not even nailed down. One of my biggest issues is the email I received last night where a manager stated that we need to come up with the original paperwork as they have been through 3 different CRM's since 2015 and that none of this falls on them because and I quote, Hello, Ryan how are you? In good faith, we went there to take a look at your job, but we still need some record of when this job was installed, we have you on our database but we don’t have records of this job installation Regarding our visit there, we came to the conclusion that the reason that you have mold under the tub is not because of the system installed but because of the silicone seaming between the tub and the floor on the left side of the tub crack causing water infiltration. On our company policy, we don’t not warranty silicon for life because of many factors, including the misuse of the fixture, It’s best practice of the homeowners to check and maintain the integrity of the silicone around the applied area to avoid any water leakage Please feel free to email us if you have any questions Barney Borovoski Production Manager BOSTON REMODELING GROUP

We are very happy with every part of our bathroom renovations. Our sales rep came to our home twice to look at our issues in three bathrooms and he provided samples and great suggestions. We had our master shower redone with beautiful onyx, shower door, and a new LED light and fan; an onyx counter in another bathroom; LVP flooring in another. The guys were here for three days to complete the work, each day a different small crew with the skills needed to do the job. Everyone was professional, polite and hard-working. They showed up on time each day and finished the work on time. Communication was excellent. They covered my floors with tarps and cleaned up after the day was done. I love everything we had done and would use this company again.

We had the sales rep come in July 2021, placed our order in August for a potential start date of end of October 2021. That date came and went. We heard nothing. We understood supply chain issues, but to hear nothing, no updates, was a bit unsettling. I was really beginning to question what we were getting ourselves into. It took 2-3 phone calls to finally get some answers and finally by end of November, our project was set to start. We found out a week prior that they were good to go. By the 2nd week of December they started. Thankfully, the company 200% redeemed themselves. I can not say enough of how impressed we were with the communication from the office. Each day a phone call (sometimes 2) was made by Christine D. She let me know that they were coming the next day, and also asked if all was going well. The crew was also great. They showed up on time, put down floor and wall coverings communicated to me each day as they left. Each day there were 2-3 guys. They worked their tails off. They didn't stop from 9-3 most days. The project was done in roughly 7 days. Each day was planned out. Again, very impressive! There wasn't one day that they didn't make the most of the time. They kept the project moving until the very last day! And even at that, the painter came on a Saturday to finish up. The final step was the custom glass - that did take 3 weeks, but as soon as it came in, they called to install it. We are so happy with the outcome! In the end, I couldn't have been happier with the team of people (office and construction crew). Christine D (office) and Wanderson (crew ) deserve kudos ! They really worked hard!
