From the initial call through the installer’s goodbye everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The shower enclosure material in my opinion is superior to anything I’ve seen or handled. Time will tell if it is as durable as they claim. The service is not cheap but neither is the product. The install took 4 days but 2 of them were delayed by our town’s inspectors. This is still weeks faster than any other option we could have done removing an oversized tub/shower enclosure with a walk in shower. They offer flooring as well but we opted to install this ourselves. Happy with out purchase to this point.

I had another great experience with newpro! They did a fantastic job replacing my oversized windows last year and just completely completely stripped and re-sided my house. Ron, Mark, Anatoly, Alex, and the crew were all fabulous. Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient, reliable. They left the property immaculate and did beautiful work. Would highly recommend them!

I’m not easily impressed these days, especially with past experiences I’ve had wirh contractors and home improvement, but I have to say NewPro nailed it. From our sales rep Enver, to our project manager, Todd, and the excellent team who did the installation and finish work, I am beyond pleased. NewPro got to work quickly and finished the bulk of the work within 2 weeks. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on the look of our home from neighbors, and they all said how hard the NewPro crew worked to get the work done quickly and professionally. A+++ NewPro!

I've had an excellent experience with NEWPRO's installation of a new shower in my upstairs bathroom. The installer, Jordan Pare, did an excellent job. He was experienced, organized and had great attention to detail. He communicated well as to when he would be arriving and what/when things would be done. At the end of ea. day, he did a thorough cleanup and put tools away. Upon completion of the install, he went over care of the product thoroughly. I am very happy with the results and Jordan made the construction experience as painless as possible.
