The Bath, Kitchen and Tile team were great to work with. 2 full bathroom remodels later we are very happy with the design ideas and products. Loren was very easy to work with and is a great listener to organize your project. They have third party contractors you can hire, or bring your own company and the communication between everyone went smoothly. We can’t wait to start our next project with Loren!
I was just in your store, told the young lady that I was interested in doing a kitchen remodel. She said ok. I walked around for a bit and at no time was I asked what I was thinking about or showed anything. She never left the desk area or stopped looking at her phone. I believe customer service is key and is important for your business. Today your employee totally failed that aspect.

I will start with the positives. The sales rep Lakeisha was great; she was extremely persistent in checking in to see if I had questions. She made sure to show me all the cabinet designs, features, and options from Homecrest, Timberlake, and Yorktowne. I chose a dual sink vanity with a center linen cabinet from Homecrest. I was told that I would receive my cabinetry in 5-7 weeks when I signed the contract. At the 5-week mark, I reached out to Lakeisha to get the status of my order, and she told me the lead time is now 6-8 weeks. I’m now way past the 8 week mark which is like pulling teeth to find out when my cabinetry will be delivered.
I emailed Lakeisha multiple times and didn’t get a response, so I called Bath Kitchen & Tile headquarters in Delaware for an update. I spoke to Christina, and she informed me that the manufacturer Homecrest was short-staffed and it would be another 4 weeks for my order to be delivered; at this point, I went from 5-7 weeks to 12+ weeks. Christina told me that someone would call me with a delivery date; as of today, 3/20… I still haven’t received that phone call. I would love to upload pictures of my cabinetry, but I have NO CLUE when/if I will receive my cabinetry.

Loren at BKT was the best designer I could have asked for. She really listened when I told her what I wanted. During the design process she showed my husband and me different options that were available but never tried to talk us into anything we didn't want or need and was considerate of our budget. She took the time to answer questions and address any concerns we had and never minded when we made changes. (If Loren wasn't available another designer ready and happy to help was.) She kept in touch with us during the renovation. Overall she reduced the stress level of a potentially very stressful process from start to finish and our new kitchen is beautiful. I could write more but then this review would be very lengthy and no one would take the time to read it.

Ashley Chafin showed us options that worked within our budget and coordinated the whole process from ordering to scheduling installation and follow up. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Installation of both projects went smoothly. We love our vanity tops and will definitely use them for future projects!

Worst experience ever, they should be investigated for a bait and switch type sales practice. Loren offered assistance in everything...ordering the cabinets, ordering hardware, ordering countertops and backsplash. They only time I heard from her was when I reached out to ask about delivery. I ordered my own countertops and backsplash thru Troy Granite in DE and that was the very best experience. They went out of their way to order material that was not easily available. I purchased my own hardware on a shopping trip to Ireland and have never heard from anyone about the countertops or hardware. Loren provided a text rendering of my new kitchen, because "computers down" from the beginning. I never received a professional rendering. I reached out once 4 months before my cabinets were scheduled to be delivered to ask Loren if I could change a color on 4 cabinets..she said "no". Not, let me call the company, or let me check, just "no". I'm still waiting for one missing shelf. The entire experience was a unprofessional, non-communicative and very stressful. I'll definitely use another designer for my other rooms and would not only not recommend this company, I would go out of my way to save potential homeowners the stress.

Kelley at the Abingdon store was an absolute pleasure to work with while redesigning my aunt's kitchen! She is so warm and friendly that we instantly felt completely welcome and at ease working wirh her. Kelley was patient and understanding while discussing design choices with my elderly aunt, and was attentive to all of the little details that we didn't even think of. Her designs were both functional and beautiful. I can not reccomend her enough!

Last year we had them replace our Master Bath Counter for exactly what we wanted & far less than Home Depot & Lowes! While there, we knew they had exactly what we wanted, & better than their competitors, for our kitchen counters as well which turned out BEAUTIFULLY!! We did have to wait a week longer though, after our contractor removed our old sink & disconnected the water, as needed before, due to their non-standard edge machine needing repair. They gave us the option to pick a standard edge to receive it on-time, but we loved the Ogee edge we picked, so they made it worth our time, & the finished product was WELL worth the wait!!

Loren at Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center has been wonderful to work with. She is able to digest and enhance the vision you have for your project with poise and patience. They make the selection and ordering process easy and will even bring in a contractor to take measurements so you know the right size products are being ordered. The showroom allows you to touch and see details before you pick them out. Everyone at BKT has been flexible, responsive, and informative.

Highly recommend Bath, Kitchen and Tiler Center. Chrystal was phenomenal to work with in designing our kitchen and bathrooms. She guided us through the process each step of the way. Truly listened to what we wanted and with her expertise incorporated it into the design for both function and style. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for professional and knowledgeable service.

We happened into BKT early on in our kitchen renovation project. We had hired a designer to complete an initial kitchen design but did not want to move forward with her for materials. We met Loren with whom we immediately meshed and within a week had our materials selected and decided to move forward. We have been very impressed with the options BKT had both in terms of cabinets, floor/backsplash tile, and countertops. Additionally we wanted to use another vendor for some items and this was no problem, which made it possible for us to get exactly what we wanted.
Loren worked with us and helped us to take our initial design and make it even better for our space. We have also made several design changes as we have progressed through the project and each time we were able to quickly get the design updated and it wasn’t a problem or inconvenience - throughout the whole process being sure we love the end product has been the top priority.
We also worked with Chrystal while Loren was out and she was super responsive and helped to guide us through some material delays, facilitate design changes, and keep us up to date on progress.
Lastly, we did most of the work ourselves but used a contractor referred to us by BKT for tile installation (and some added scope that we didn’t end up having time to finish). The contractor (Noske and Associates) has been the best contractor we’ve had in our house - very professional, communicative, and most importantly always on time.
Despite the material delays and some typical kitchen renovation issues, we are very happy with the process and our interactions with BKT and everyone we have worked with from design to material tracking and delivery. We have some more projects in our future and without a doubt we will return to BKT!

I worked with Loren on our Kitchen remodel and she was fantastic. I think I changed our design at least 10 times, and she was always responsive, positive and easy to work with. I can’t imagine having worked with any one else on this project. I absolutely love my new kitchen, and Loren helped with every step of the process down to the smallest of details.

Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center was recommended to me for office cabinets for our home. I was fortunate to have Chrystal as my sales representative. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her understanding to my needs and suggestions was exactly what I needed. She helped me work with a design that fit my home office and stayed within my budget.

Store Manager Chrystal Hess is handling our project in a very professional manner. I immediately sensed her experiences in all matters related to our new kitchen design , color selection, countertops and placing our order.
My wife Beth and I have been wanting to redo our kitchen for years but we put it off because we thought it would be a hassle ....not so with Crystals guidance she is a treasure.
We are super excited due in part to he steady hand that Chrystal has displayed in working with us from the very first day. We will surely recommend BKT to our friend and family.

After living with my redesigned kitchen & living spaces for a year I am still thrilled with the work & style of the open concept design you created. I freaking love my island & hardwood stairs and floors. I know the space was a challenge and I still love it. I can’t explain how many times I come in my home, walk up my stairs & can’t believe how great it looks. I feel like I’m living a HGTV reveal moment daily.
