Jesús from Orkin is the best!!! Professional, friendly and takes the time to listen and mitigate any other concerns (wasps) that we may have. Super satisfied with his work. Glad he’s protecting my home from the critters.
Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, sprayed outside and inside explained the entire process and exactly what he was doing and expectations. Much more thorough and a better job than what my management company offers. And I received a text upon arrival.

This rating is NOT for John T, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my initial inspection. He was friendly and professional and very informative and put our minds at ease...
However, this rating is for the company as a whole as my first experience with them left me waiting around all day for a no call no-show work ethic. If things improve, I will update this post once my services are completed by week's end.
*UPDATE*
Tim made contact with me before my appointment and showed at the top of the time slot window! A very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough person. He even made a follow up appointment right then and there for ultimate effectiveness. Great experience!

We have been very pleased with the service we have gotten from Orkin. Yesterday, Jonathan did a very thorough job, looking around and under our house. He took the time to explain things. We have had pest control companies who are more interested in selling us something than taking care of what we are already trusting them with. Happy with Orkin.

We are happy with Jonathan Richardson’s inspection. He was thorough and also noticed the presence of a bird nest above our garage door . He strongly recommended removing it through Orkin services as doing it ourselves could pose the risk of bird mites which can be harmful to humans .

Ive been working with Orkin for the last ~2 months and have only great feedback. My regular tech, Michael, keeps me up to date on treatments he’s applying during house calls; he’s always on time if not early and transparent in all of his communications. Anytime I need a call outside of my regular schedule, he’s able to get here promptly. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind that Orkin provides in keeping critters out during these warming months!

Dear people
Don't use the EXCLUSION SERVICE AT ORKIN.
IT'S A rip off. They charge me $2,100 to leave rats trapped off in my basement. And wanted to charge me more money to remove the rats they left in my basement. Plus they charge me for outside services that they never done it's on my contract
