Except for the long wait sometimes I would rate this a five-star. The place is clean and they have a machine that tests pool water samples and the software tells you the brand of chemical and the amount needed to correct the chemical balance in your pool. The older gentleman that I believe is the owner is pretty knowledgeable but I think he needs more trained staff to assist him and to free up his ability to help customers with questions with another knowledgeable person on the register. This might be an unfair assessment since it was Memorial Day weekend and apparently a lot of people, like myself, needed stuff last minute that we didn't anticipate. You would need to verify but I think the chemicals are only a dollar or so more then where I normally shop at Leslie's but that is compensated for not having to drive a lot further to get the possibly cheaper chemicals. I would definitely go back there again.
Great pool company to work with. They did our install and now handle all our openings and closings along with service. Jeff is great and very responsive and knowledgeable, they’re always willing to help and return your calls. Great company!! Thanks guys!!

This company did an amazing job saving me money on my pool pump. The owner is amazing and his tech Javier and also the employees on the phone were very pleasant. I definitely recommend them.

Convenient place off RT 40 that has all the pool basically covered. Nice assortment of chemicals, accessories and more. The staff is friensly

Everyone we have dealt with at Admiral Pools LLC has been courteous, informative and professional. Each person employed there is very knowledgeable and patiently willing to explain anything a customer may not understand and/or be confused about.
The skillful team that closed our pool last year and re-opened it this year, focused on doing their job expertly and were available to answer any questions we may have had after the job was completed. They, also, suggested items we could get in order to keep water from collecting on the pool cover during winters month, which was a concern of ours. They also suggested those things necessary to keep our pool in top-notch condition during the summer months. This team answered our questions and explained everything, even taking the time to show us what to do.
The employees in the store are very welcoming, friendly and give their time to answer any question without getting annoyed (major + in my book). I would definitely recommend Admiral Pools to anyone living in the Hartford County area that has a pool. Thank you Admiral Pools!

I can not say enough good stuff about our experience with Admiral Pools. They gave a time and were promptly there in time each and every time. They are very thorough and take their time. We had them make a set of steps for our ingound pool and it looks as tho they came with our pool. These people are amazing.! No one else could make these steps for us, but they were able to do it and I have received so many compliments on the work they did. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and polite and very nice. Very hard good workers.

What a great business to deal with. I am so happy I found this company. Definitely going to be my go to from here on out. You don't find many companies these days that are upfront and honest and when you do, hang on to them.

We are having an inground pool installed. The workers are on time, professional and extremely hard working. Also they work super fast!!
