We have used Aptive Environmental for years, and they’ve always provided great service, keeping ants, spiders, and field mice out of the house. Raymond Moronta was here this morning and he did an exceptional job. He thoroughly inspected the exterior of the house to make sure there are no new entry points for pests. He removed spider webs and egg sacks, and he treated around the foundation. Aptive has never let us down.
I received service today and highly pleased. The technican has gotten rid of all the spider webs and egg sacks that I he found around my home. He also sprayed the entire foundation three feet up, including the cracks and crevices, then around the doors/windows. Since this is part of our spring/summer treatment he also treated my backyard and deck. No wasps, mosquitoes or ticks for me. Highly pleased.

Calvin was very good at what he was doing and he was prompt.
The last agent Jerome was a knowledgeable technician too.

The service tech Dennis service our home today and did a great job. He made sure all of our concerns were answered and serviced all the areas outside our home and some inside. His communication was exceptional and he gave a full report of his assessment afterwards.

Today’s experience was very good. The tech today was Manny. Wish there would be consistency in who services my home. Not all techs are honest or provide the same service. Have tried to talk into someone about this but no changes.

Manny arrived at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to my needs and was very thorough during the process. He answered all of my questions and most importantly he was very courteous and professional.

I appreciate Aptive and specifically Alvens great service, they communicated with me throughout the service and updated me as they went. I feel like the techs listen to my specific concerns and have great solutions. Like clearing the cobwebs from our shed and treating some ants they found. I also appreciate that they do not disturb pollinators.
