American Glass is just Awesome!! I was having trouble opening my sliding glass door. I was pretty sure it had something to do with the track. I called several companies to come look at the door. The door is only 10 years old. American Glass was referred to me by a friend. 5th try is a charm. All the other companies, said I would need to buy a new door, (cost approx $4000). A couple of them didn’t even come to my house to look at it. Just told me over the phone, I would need a new door. So, American Glass, sent Dennis out to look at the door. He obviously knew what he was doing. He said it looked like it needed a new track and rollers. They took the door off and sure enough that seemed to be the issue. He ordered a new track and rollers. Week and a half later, two other guys came and replaced the track and rollers, and my door opens like new. This company was so professional and delightful to do business with, from the girls in the office to the two guys that finished the job. It is refreshing to know that there is still businesses out there, that feel no job is too small to do! I will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend this company! They are a class act! Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars!!!

Our front glass door to our business fell off the top hinge and was unusable. I called them up and they were so helpful on the phone and got the guys out here within a few hours. The door was repaired and we are good to go! The quick response and help was wonderful!

We were broken into over the weekend, door glass shattered. Called at 7am and they met me at my door at 10am, done and cleaned up in under 30 mins. A 10th of my insurance deductible. From one small business to another I appreciate your prompt service and reasonable rates!

I needed a mirror cut down. I called and got a quote over the phone, brought the mirror over and they offered to help me get it from my car, cut it while I waited, polished the edges, offered the cut offs and when I said 'yes', offered to polish the edges of those as well. Great service, very reasonable price, efficient and convenient. Of course, their schedule may not allow 'service while you wait' all the time but they were able to do this for me and I appreciate it.
