We love our kitchen remodel by Arkadia Surfaces in Queenstown, MD. Unlike other companies Ken, the owner, runs a smooth and superior turnkey operation. From start to finish Ken was available to answer all questions and accompanied his team, sometimes working along side them, to ensure we received the best installation. Ibrahim measured precisely and offered good tips. The demo was quick and we sure appreciated Arkadia removing all debris and
cleaning up after each step of the process. Alberto and Omar meticulously installed the backsplash tile. Brian and Jesus were experts on installing the quartz countertops. Ken even supplied the plumber to install a Blanco sink purchased from Arkadia’s awesome showroom. The quality of materials was the best. Ken and his entire team were talented, hard workers and friendly. And also a shout out to Alicia, the office manager who kept us informed of the status of our project. Thank you all.
What a fantastic experience. They were fast and hassle free. The owner was meticulous about getting the measurements correct. Old world service. Tina is outstanding. She knows her countertops. We were shocked at how gorgeous our countertops turned out. Their main installer, Cesar, what a talented individual. He really takes pride in his work. We are thrilled with the whole experience.

Arkadia installed a built in Quartz countertop in my home office. Tina was wonderful to work with and very helpful. Abraham and his installation crew were polite, neat, efficient, and did an outstanding job. It turned out beautiful. I will use Arkadia again and highly recommend them!

I'm normally not one to write reviews, but Ken and Arkadia Surfaces are worth it. My wife and I wanted new counters for our kitchen and after shopping around we really liked the look of some of the granite that Arkadia had in stock. As soon to be first time granite owners we had a lot of questions. Ken took the time to walk us through their warehouse to see all of their in stock material, answer our questions and provide some do's and don'ts with granite and all with absolutely zero sales pressure. I thought the pricing was very fair and it only took a week from the measurements being taken in our home to the install happening. There were a couple minor things that needed attention after the install, but Ken and his partner were at our home the very next morning bright and early. The finished product is absolutely amazing!! I will use Arkadia Surfaces for any other countertop needs and I would recommend Ken and the Arkadia team to anyone in the Annapolis area looking for custom countertop work.

I've used Arkadia for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Ken was extremely helpful, paitient and super easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys for your project. I am working with them again to do a custom stone hearth for our fireplace.

The team from Arkadia was out of this world amazing!!! They answered all my questions and very well priced for this area. I knew what color I wanted and Ken assisted with ensuring I found one that I loved. They even assisted the sink I wanted. When they came to install I appreciated how meticulous they were to ensure my countertops looked perfect. I will be using them again in the future when I am ready to redo my bathroom countertops!

I had the pleasure of working with Arkadia Surfaces this year as I was doing a complete kitchen remodel. I was searching for the "right" countertop. They offered both granite and quartz and other fine surfaces. They were helpful in showing what they had in their showroom. Not only did they have the countertops but also had hardware (pulls and knobs) and sinks selections available. They were also willing to come to the Eastern Shore to install. They're pricing was competitive and reasonable with others I considered.
I had a particular color palette in mind. Once I found what I was looking for they worked with my contractor for the timing to come to the house to take all the necessary measurements for installation. They were very careful to listen to what I had in mind as well as ask me questions of things to consider. The end result was a great collaboration.
They fabricated and delivered the stone to our home within seven business days after measuring. The team was very professional. They were careful not to ding or scratch anything as the moved the heavy stone into the new kitchen. Once the stone was set in place, they made the necessary minor adjustments to the stone so that it was level and aligned. Everything fit AND it looks beautiful!

Excellent work and customer service. I shopped around at a few other local Annapolis places before coming here, and Arkadia was the best in every category. I am very pleased with the level of quality and craftsmanship, as well as their friendliness and desire to help. Abraham and the crew were great to work with. I know whenever I need granite/marble work, I will be going to them, and I recommend anyone else does too.

We have used Arkadia Surfaces for two projects. The have very high quality materials (granite, quartz, tiles, etc). Erkan has a very keen eye in helping you choose the correct materials. They were really a pleasure to work with on these endeavors with timely, responsible service at a very reasonable price. We are planning a new project for the fall and wouldn't go elsewhere.
