Very professional from start to finish and VERY reasonably priced. Our initial contact was Brian and he is very honest and very pleasant to talk with. When the technician showed up it was less than 4 hours start to finish and they completely cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I dealt directly with Brian at Baltimore Roofing and the process was absolutely seamless. Very transparent, quick to respond if I had any questions. My wife had surgery and needed some quiet time and he rearranged their schedule to get my roof done ahead of schedule with absolutely no inconvenience to me (even with the crazy weather). They did an amazing job, would absolutely recommend!

Baltimore Roofing recently completed installing siding on my house. They did an outstanding job. When the project was completed they took aerial pictures of the whole house and I was very impressed. They cleaned up the debris so there where no nails, etc., left on the ground. Great job and highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this company for my siding installation. The owner, Brian, was highly professional, offered fair pricing, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. The team who did the install was always amazing and even installed my new porch light with no extra charges.

Brian & Baltimore Roofing and Remodeling helped to make a stressful experience for a first time home-owner much easier - when we noticed hail & wind damage to our roof, Brian was very responsive when we reached out. The same day he was onsite taking a look at the damages! Within a few days, we were engaging with Home Owners Insurance to understand how much would be covered. Brian was proactive and his experience helped with those conversations - within a few days of communication, Brian had his crew scheduled to replace the roof. The work was completed within a few hours. The professionalism and workmanship made this a 5 out of 5 experience and I would highly recommend Baltimore Roofing and Remodeling.

I had a leak in my living room and had many roofing companies come out to assess the damage, as well as an insurance adjuster. They all agreed it was the "flashing" and I chose to go with Brian to not only fix the flashing, but to replace the water-damaged shiplap on my living room ceilings. Sadly, this didn't fix the water leaking in my living room! This man literally ran to my house in the pouring rain, the day after Christmas, in an attempt to figure out what the issue was. Due to the fact he was on my roof in the pouring rain, he was able to finally determine the issue.
Last spring, I had a young man come in and install gutter guards. What I thought would help mitigate any potential water in my home, ended up causing so much damage due to a faulty installation. I NEVER had a leak inside my home until I had the gutter guards installed! He lifted things he shouldn't have in an attempt to "force them to fit." He was not licensed and insured, so, I learned my lesson the hard way. The pictures Brian showed me, I was stunned.
I love my home, but the previous owners did a lot of DIY projects. I knew my windows were bad and that this wasn't helping issues. I spoke with Brian, and after a lot of inspection on his part, and speaking to family and friends, I decided that I needed new windows and my mom said, if you're going to do this, you may as well do the siding. My roof thankfully was in perfect condition.
They just finished my house and it looks so gorgeous, I can't stop smiling. Brian's crew did new siding, new windows, all new window trim, new gutters, every ounce of metal on my home is brand new, and he even installed new front doors for me! These guys worked all day long, cleaned up their mess, and were extremely respectful of my home! I am just in awe of my house and I can't stop going outside and looking at it! It looks so good, now I am having him give me a quote for a new walkway because I can't have an old concrete walkway.
I am in NO WAY the easiest person to please. I am a businesswoman, aggressive and some may say "difficult." Making me "happy" is nearly impossible. I will say, I am over the moon with everything he has done, and I will say that his workers are top-notch.
Brian is an "out on the field type of guy" If you're looking for perfectly constructed aesthetically pleasing quotes without technical errors, he is not your guy. But if you're looking for someone who will get the job done the right way, or die trying? Someone honest, who will bend over backwards in an attempt to make you happy? He is your guy!
I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for work done on their home.

I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and none were as responsive to my needs/wants. From start to finish (which was extremely fast) the entire project was fantastic. Very happy with the end results. Highly recommended

I contacted Brian for siding issue. His response was quick. He met me at my convenient time. His estimate is fair compared to other companies. His crew was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. We ended up adjusting the estimate due to extra work involved with insulation and amount of woods needed to be repair. I also decided to have the porch door done at the same time.
We love our new siding and will work with his company for our future projects.
