Great salesman and very nice staff. There is a small issue typical of a family business when a new generation takes over. Horribly-run company who does not provide honest, realistic updates on the status of fabrication/delivery. We waited two months for glass we were expecting in one month, and when we requested updates the response was always that shipment was imminent. It turned out they had farmed out the glass fabrication to a company in Ohio, and by the time we found out, installation of glass was holding up occupancy of our building. They then refused to sign a waiver that allowed us to inspect the glass in Ohio where it was being fabricated, even though we made clear there is zero margin for error and there could be no mistakes in quantity or dimensions without causing further delays to building occupancy. Story is not over, as we still don't have our glass on site. Horrible company run by horrible people who have no interest in providing good customer service.
