My wife and I did a very large remodeling project with Maryland Bay Construction. The team stated from the start that their primary goal was for us to be thrilled with the outcome. And they delivered. Renovating an older home, we came upon a lot of challenging situations, and they handled all of them. They worked very closely with us to make sure that things were done the way we wanted them. And they were always ready with advice and recommendations when we weren't sure about how to manage an issue. The end result was beautiful and it was clear that Maryland Bay was just as proud of the finished product as we were.

Rob was quick to survey our home and offered creative and helpful repair ideas to move our project along. Next, I was contacted by Dennis who kept me apprised of the scheduling and next steps. Once work was underway, it was apparent that the entire staff was responsive, professional and kind. Radcliffe and Gayle arrived each day on time and worked splendidly! They were respectful not only of our home but of our kitties! The level of workmanship is apparent when we look at our repairs. They don't look like repairs and instead appear that they've been that way all along. There are no shortcuts taken with this crew. I've recently arranged to have the team knock out our very next project! Thanks to the entire team at MBC! 10 out 10!

We chose Maryland Bay to do a complete renovation of our house, and we are so pleased that we did. Right from the beginning the company listened to what we wanted, and made us partners in the project. They cleaned up at the end of each workday, and always asked if we were satisfied with the work. If not (which was rare) they would make corrections without any charge. Even after the project was successfully completed, they were available to make any improvements. We definitely recommend Maryland Bay and their workers.

Maryland Bay Construction did extensive remodeling in my kitchen and main bathroom.This includes installation of granite countertops, range, dishwasher, disposal, vanity, and cabinets as well as painting of the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and doors and frames. They were always on time, kept me up to date on their progress, made useful, attractive suggestions. and were courteous and friendly. This is the best construction experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Maryland Bay Construction. They are miracle workers.
