I've had several excellent experiences with the team at Common Ground Electrical. They are always professional, courteous, and efficient. They had no issues diagnosing and explaining the issues I was having with a circuit that kept being overloaded, as well as an outlet that needed to be replaced. They came up with a solution for the circuit that prioritized safety, but also was aesthetically pleasing, and reasonably priced. I've had two experiences with Common Ground Electrical. The first time, we had an issue on the weekend. They were booked up, but referred us to another electrician (who was also great) who could come out immediately. The second time, a Tuesday, they were able to come out within about an hour of my morning call, and quickly diagnosed the issue causing our entire home to be without useable power (not to mention flickering lights since we moved in). Less than 3 hours later, we were fully back online and comforted to know that an improperly wired breaker that shouldn't have passed inspection in the first place was no longer going to give us trouble. Stu and Lou at Common Ground will be our go-to electricians should we ever need them again! Overall, a great experience when we needed it most!
