Thanks again to Bob and Clifton Upholstery .Have dealt with Bob and his staff before and was always pleased. Took him my couch cushions yesterday afternoon picked them up today and wow what a difference in comfort on my sofa. I love this sofa and now it is awesome can’t wait to fall asleep watching tv tonight!
Mr. Clifton Sutton picked up my chairs on February 20,2024. I paid him in full for his services. As of March 20,2024 Mr. Sutton has not returned my chairs or my money. After several phone and text messages Mr. Sutton has had every excuse for not bringing me my chairs. I even told him that I would pick the chairs up because I knew he was going through a lot of family stuff. He has promised to bring my chairs but has not brought them. Do not do business with this man if you expect to keep your sanity. I've told him that I have cancer and don't have time to chase him down. He's a poor business man and has no consideration for your well being. He's not committed to his work or his customers. He has made me literally sick of the thought that I've paid him for a service and he has not delivered. I just want my chairs and money back at this point.

Went to Mr. Baxter with a unique request: to upholster an exercise bench. I initially went to him, even though I’m about 40 minutes away, because of the good reviews. Mr. Baxter got back to me very quickly and finished the job very fast. The quality is excellent, even better than the commercial “high end” upholstered exercise benches that you can buy from fitness equipment companies. Multiple people have complimented how great they look. He’s upholstered two of my benches so far and will be doing another in the next few weeks. He’s a stand up guy and I’m happy to give him my business!

This was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with this company. From the first call to ask how I get started I was given advise that made everything easy. Met the owner and he was friendly and professional. He made my mom and I comfortable and made the choices easy. Would recommend to anyone who would want to reupholster their furniture .

Mr. Baxter spent time to explain what to expect when my treasured 1935 mahogany chairs would be upholstered. I had requested the wood to be polished, the feet footed with nylon coasters and the seats re-upholstered. When they were delivered to my home my husband and I were gape-mouthed over the beautiful job! No wonder this business has been in operation since 1915. :)
