This is my second experience with Abbey. The first was 20 years ago when they installed a wood fence around my property. On July 31, 2024, Abbey Fence and Deck came to my house to remove the old wood fence and replace it with a new vinyl fence. They removed the old fence and installed the new vinyl fence quickly. The crew worked with precision and professionalism. When they were done they policed the yard and removed any and all trash and remaining dirt and cement. They kept me fully appraised of their progress and any questions that they may have had. I have two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers (100 lbs plus) who love to run the yard and jump against the fence. This fence has not flexed under their attack. Very sturdy. I might add that during this installation, the heat index for my area was over 110 degrees. The workers never faltered, slowed down or complained. It was exhausting watching them work. They are definitely my go to company! Many thanks Paul and Abbey Fence and Deck company!
Worse experience ever, would NEVER recommend, we paid cash upfront at contract signing, never heard from company til WE called and demanded installation, then when they arrived, had a number of pieces to fence missing or cut wrong (still waiting for company to fix these issues). Subcontractors who company uses to do installations were NOT same crew day to day, causing installation issues, lied to us and company rep on numerous occassions, as we said, despite paying UPFRONT, issues still not resolved 3 months later

One year and one month after installation and one of the rails has a clean break from the post. I'm looking at all of the customer reviews and there are several customers that complained as far back as 3 year ago about Abbey taking 6-8 weeks to address repairs. The delay is not due to weather or any of the other ridiculous excuses provided by Abbey, this is blatantly piss poor customer service. We as customer pay thousands for a product only to have to wait months to be contacted to address repair request, etc.!!!!! I used another fencing company for my backyard. I had an issue with one of my panels and within a day they came out and repaired my fence. I would not recommend this company for anything based on the ridiculous time period to discuss reported repairs, not fix them, discuss repairs!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience start to finish. Salesman was scheduled within a couple days of initial inquiry. Very easy to deal with. Details were determined and reviewed twice before contract written. Fair price for removal of old fence and installation of new. 4-6 wk lead time was accurate. Crew arrived and removal/install was done within 2 days. Professional crew left job site clean. Supervisor reviewed work, and final billing was accurate.
Would recommend Abbey to anyone looking for fencing.

From the initial contact to final touches of install, everything was wonderful dealing with Abbey.
My neighbor had a fence done by Abbey and I was impressed with the quality. I called and was quickly set up with an estimate with Joe; who was friendly, punctual and went over all the little details from posts to gate styles.
Installation was done within a week and the fence looks fantastic! I am very pleased with Abbey!!
