Fence Masters, Inc. has excellent customer service. The service rep that came to my home has over 22 yrs experience and revealed things to me I didn't know about the existing fences between my neighbors and mine, such as type, maker, and which belonged to whom. She was available after normal hours to answer questions and plans to attend the day the fence is installed to ensure the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. Lastly, I asked about a discount, if I paid with cash and it too was offered. Also, they have a warranty for labor and materials, included.

The people who work for this company are talented as well as warm hearted. I would trust them with any fencing project you have. They came through for me at a fraught time and I will not soon forget it.

It was a pleasure working together with Fence Masters. The installation of our automatic driveway gates was a job well done by Jody and his crew. After consulting with Jody, my wife and I quickly decided that Fence Masters was our best option, even though we had looked into less expensive units before.

One of their drivers merged into our car during stop and go traffic and apologized profusely during the incident however their insurance company has denied the claim. Its unfortunate a company would make a big deal about a traffic accident that was so minor. It was pretty obvious by his actions he felt he was at fault. Unfortunately my wife was shaken up and didn't call the police to file a report. Lesson learned I suppose but it is troubling to me how folks can change their tone behind your back to get out of something they should be responsible for. In response to the owner; She had completed the merge, was hit in the rear fender, and maintained the lane after the accident so we do not agree with the statement merged at the same time. We maintain we feel your driver should take responsibility for their actions. I understand the practice of not admitting guilt but when it is obvious your party was at fault the decent thing to do would be admit it and move on. Is this a big deal? No, its the principle of the matter not taking responsibility for something your team caused is all we are saying. I also do not agree with the reasoning behind apologizing profusely on the scene. In terms of an accident this is the closest thing to admitting guilt. Does it admit guilt in Maryland, no, however common sense would tell you most likely you would not apologize repeatedly if you did not believe it was your fault. That's all we are saying.
