This review is limited to the services provided by Mike who works for Atlantic Pest. He is absolutely wonderful. He did a very complete check to see if there were termites, and was so nice that i was stunned. I cannot say the same thing about Atlantic Pest. I am still waiting for the outside traps to be examined. When I called, I was not given a date as to when that inspection would happen.
If everyone at Atlantic Pest were like Mike, this would be a terrific company. Please be aware that there are limitations to the company. It is not May 06th, and the outdoor traps have not been examined.
If you need anything ask for MIKE. You will then get the kind of care that used to be with this company and why I continue with them. 'Hope springs eternal'

My house is quite unique and has multiple points of entry for all the critters around. I must say that Dale from Atlantic Pest Control has done a great job and they come out whenever I have an issue. I’m under contract. I don’t get billed for supplementary/extra treatments. I would highly recommend Atlantic Pest Control.

The workers are pleasant and courteous. The termite inspection was thorough and insightful. Prices were fair and the termite treatment installation was quick and professional. I was impressed and I highly recommend this company.

I called and Lindsay answered and asked me to send a picture of the critters causing the problem. I was hoping NOT termites as I have been using Atlantic Pest Control for years to avoid termites. Come to find out it was ants in my corner floor molding and I have a wood floor. I was hoping NOT carpenter ants as they are problematic. Dale Holmes came out the next day. he is such a kind and knowledgeable man and very professional and ALWAYS with a smile. I was thrilled to get my treatment and all seems well. Thanks so much for your good work.

So far, the trap I personally laid has caught all the mice that have been captured (which I'm somewhat glad given my trap a humane one, and theirs are not). The mice had to bypass the traps they laid in order to get to mine.... Also, they put out snapping traps in free spaces on the floor (not blocked by furniture, etc), despite me having a dog in the home, so I have to gate my dog off from those rooms.
They were easy to call and get scheduled with, and the technician came in the time window they originally provided.

I had called this company for an issue that I am having with my apartment that I am living in which has a rat infestation not only did they help navigate how to go about this issue but also the steps needed to be taken to solve this issue, my landlord did not want to fix The infestation problem, and had threatened to evict me if I went to the city There is a woman named Lindsey that works there that took time out of her day to look up And send me housing, code, violations, and what the Landlord can or cannot do for me reporting the problem she did this without me even having to ask her to do it, and I had spoken to a man who was also very helpful I definitely would recommend this company. This is an amazing company. I have not had the pleasure of working with them, but I have had the pleasure of speaking with them and them helping me with my problem and making sure that I knew that they were available to speak to if I hit any more roadblocks, this is an amazing business. I highly recommend them.
