We had our air conditioner replaced today. Chris and Rhaja were great! They were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they replaced our AC unit in under 4 hours! The company sent out a technician same day when we noticed our air not working. His name was Ryan and he was super polite and knowledgeable. John, who we met with to figure out what new air conditioner system to purchase, was also super kind and seemed to have our best interest at heart. All of these guys were wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend Len the Plumber Heating and Air enough. Thank you so much!!

We are thrilled with our new water heater. We called them for an emergency visit due to a bad leak in old water heater and they came within an hour. Sean Miller and Zach arrived and wore shoe covers. They were friendly, efficient, very attentive, professional and left the area clean. Sean has 35 years of experience and did an outstanding job. We are so happy and we highly recommend them. We plan to hire them again. ????

I'll never call another company. Service and quick response time is unmatched. I'm a general contractor and wouldn't hire my own team over len the plumber Derrick was amazing. Matt The operator was awesome. Andrew, I want to say site manager was incredible. The other two gentlemen that were on site were also extremely professional and kind. All around 10 out of 10. Everybody involved made the check much easier to sign in the end. No one wants to spend money. As a general contractor, I'm pretty knowledgeable in the field but I was also educated on the process which again make sign in the check a little easier. Everybody involved was as careful as could be to my garden and my 50-year-old Japanese maple.
