My technician Richard was fantastic. He replaced the outdoor spigot and made sure I was kept in the loop as he worked. Pricing was fair and up front. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs from now on!
Great service. We called because we had 3 sinks leaking for various reasons and were scheduled for an estimate very quickly. The technician Rich was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about the issues and how to address them. He came back to do the work and did an excellent job. Price was less than a competitor.

Second time Paul has been to my house for repairs. He was absolutely the best, very professional, quick to navigate the issue and repair. He explained everything clearly and gave me options. A technician named Dillon came out to install a toilet (along with a new fancy bidet system) in our home. Giving him 10/5 stars because: he was right on time, polite almost to a fault, extremely competent, quick with the work, kept the space clean (cleaner than when he arrived even), and did it all for about a third of the price quoted by another local plumbing outfit. Do not be fooled by his youthful appearance, this guys knows what he is doing and you should count yourself lucky if Mr. Rooter sends him your way.

Excellent plumbing & heating service. Have been a loyal long time customer. Office staff are friendly and very helpful setting up appts. Technicians are superb and always provide high-quality results for service repairs and installation of new equipment. Highly recommend Mr Rooter for all service repairs, new equipment and installations.

Choosing Mr. Rooter was a stroke of luck. The Receptionist was very clear about what I could expect when the technician arrived. Professionalism was exercised from the first call until the job was completed. Rich, the Plumber was both knowledgeable and personable and sent me before and after photos of our Garbage Disposable. The charge was within the $ range for what was needed. Can't remember the last time I was pleased to part with my money.

We searched on Angi for a plumber to install our new toilet and Mr. Rooter was the first to respond. We called and were pleasantly surprised when they offered a same-day free estimate followed by installation if we agreed to the price. Paul was dispatched within the hour and gave us a price much lower than another plumber we had contacted. We agreed to the price and he installed it right away. We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of service we received at an affordable price.

When you engage with them, you can expect to encounter personnel who are highly respectful and attentive to your specific needs. This is definitely a significant advantage. In my case, I chose to utilize their services to address a leak in my sink.
The technician arrived promptly and determined that the issue was with my fixtures. The total cost for the service amounted to $330. However, I'm unsure about the breakdown of this cost—whether it included an hourly rate or materials—since the technician spent no more than 30 minutes at my home, and the materials used were minimal.
Admittedly, my knowledge of plumbing is limited, and all I really needed was for the leak to be fixed I paid $300. For the job.
Surprisingly, less than 15 days later, the same leak resurfaced, prompting me to call them once again. The technician who arrived this time informed me that the previous visit had indeed addressed the leak, but the current issue was unrelated and completely different.
Huh?
Not only that, the tech attempted to contact the supervisor who was “busy” and gave him a quick brush off (trust me I was there)
This implies that the initial technician did not thoroughly inspect everything to ensure a comprehensive job. To provide clarity, I have attached some photos to demonstrate the relatively small scale of the project.
The second technician, Darrius Salmond, took the time to meticulously examine each pipe and connection, ensuring a thorough job—a responsibility that the first technician should have fulfilled.
As a result, I find myself out nearly $500 for what essentially amounted to a minor task.
