I stopped in to look around for a small piece of granite for a bar we created in our home. Chris and his staff were very welcoming and he took the time to show us everything he had that would work for our project. He was able to get us finished within a week. I would recommend anyone that asks to definitely give them a try.

We started our process with a gentleman who came out and is a Home Depot employee. The work is sub contracted out and we have had nothing but issues with Home Depot. Contract was cancelled thru them as they are a nightmare to work with.
Fortunately Kelly with Stone Solutions was awesome! We had granite kitchen countertops and sink installed and they did an amazing job. Kelly, Chris and there installers are wonderful people. I would recommend Stone Solutions as I will never go any place else for future work to be done. You could not ask for better customer service!

We hired them to drill a faucet hole, fill some edge chips, and polish the surface of our 20 year old granite counters, they came February 26th. The technician was really nice and didn't try any sell-up stuff. The limits of the filler was also explained (not as durable as granite, and might not match). The work was beautiful, ant it did match well enough you'd need to know where they are to see them. Also he cleaned up behind himself. W highly recommend Stone Solutions.

So Stone Solutions installed a Cambria quartz countertop on my bathroom vanity today . They were subcontracted by Home Depot who dropped the ball on this project. I specifically chose the blue veining in this expensive Travella quartz to go with a restoration project in my guest bathroom to compliment the sky blue retro shower tile and bathtub and sink. The main person I dealt with for weeks at Stone Solutions was Kelly. She assured me that when the slab arrived at their warehouse, she would tape off on the slab where the bowl would go and the adjacent sides and email me the photo because I explained to her that it was important to have the blue veining on both sides of the sink bowl. She knew this was very important to me. The installers were scheduled to come today and radio silence from Kelly yesterday when I asked for the photo, and she ignored my repeated calls this morning. When I saw there was no blue veining on the left side of the countertop I was very unhappy. I called the manager, Chris, who tried to justify that it was just the design of this particular quartz. I’m not a novice when it comes to quartz counter tops. I know if they cared they could have made this right. I was appalled by the horrible customer service and the only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because the installers were decent. Kelly knew this was important to me and she just didn’t care. Chris also didn’t care. I would never use this uncaring company again and I am certainly going to complain to Home Depot. By the way HD also didn’t return my calls today and they are doing an upcoming major renovation in my kitchen. Stay tuned for that review. The hallmark of a great company is customer service. Stone Solutions gets a grade of F. Update: Regarding Stone Solutions response: I was promised a photo showing the taped off portion of the slab for the countertop. I never received it. If I had, I would not have accepted it. I have looked into this and it is a pitiful excuse by Chris that the veining of this very expensive quartz could not have been on both sides of the sink. This was a restoration project that meant a lot to me working with professional decorators. Chris, Kelly, and Stone Solutions dropped the ball on this and I stand pat on the grade of F.

Stone solutions got our countertops done quickly and very well, they even offered us a steep discount on a remnant piece of stone, that particular piece was not the color we were looking for so we had to go with our first color choice but it was very considerate of them to try to save us money when they certainly did not have to bother. I would recommend them highly for your project.

I had my countertop trimmed and polished to accommodate my new stove. All the staff from answering the phone to the gentleman that came to my house to do the work were AMAZING! They were so professional and willing to work with me in more than one way. I HiGHLY recommend Stone Solutions for all needs. Thank you!

The crew from Stone Solutions did remarkable work installing new countertops and sink in our kitchen and a matching piece for a movable island. They took special care of our new appliances, and even stepped in when the new sink we'd ordered had some issues. They really focused on the solutions we wanted. Highly recommended.
