I had an amazing experience with 412. The estimator that came out to my house was top notch, and he led me through all of the options available to me in a way that I could understand them. Then the crew that came and redid my roof was speedy and efficient. I will be definitely be choosing 412 for the next time anything happens to my roof. Thank you so much for the great work you did!
Four Twelve Roofing has earned a customer for life in me.
When we bought our house last month, we were told the roof was brand new. Turns out, just the flat part was new and the slate shingles were ancient. Our homeowners insurance threatened to cancel on us if we didn't get the shingles replaced quickly.
The folks at Four Twelve Roofing took into account our short timeline, and worked with us to schedule the project as soon as possible. They also provided the lowest estimate out of all the roofers we spoke to, and were willing to do some research to bring that estimate even lower to help ensure it was less of a financial burden on us. They also offered financing if we needed it.
When the roofers actually came and started the project, they were efficient while still ensuring quality. At one point I happened to see them noting a small defect in one of the materials they brought and they made sure to cut it off and use only what was in good condition. Additionally, at the end of each day they were working on the project, they made sure to clean up after themselves with great care - they even swept the dust off of my neighbors' porches!
The project was completed right on time (our insurance is no longer being cancelled hooray) and the final cost was pretty much spot-on with the estimate they'd provided previously. I will definitely be calling Four Twelve for any future roofing needs!

I had a great experience with Four Twelve. They came out and provided a free estimate for a roof leak. The estimator was very thorough and showed me pictures of my roof, as well as some different options to choose from. The work was great and I would highly recommend!

We needed a couple windows replaced, and already had a few other places in mind with estimates in hand, but after speaking with and getting an estimate with four twelve roofing we knew we didn’t need to look any further. The level of professionalism and communication is unmatched. Their staff is very knowledgeable and made sure our every question was answered so we had nothing to worry about. Cannot recommend them enough for all your housing needs. 10/10 Experience!

I had a great experience with Four Twelve! Their estimator arrived promptly for our appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue with our leaky roof. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. While I was not able to move forward with this project at this time, I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would recommend Four Twelve
craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive.

Update:
The executive team has really impressed me with their care towards my review. They have reached out numerous times to rectify the situation. As I have said in the past, to me customer service was never their issue.
But they came out and repainted my ceiling in my bathroom and replaced my fan to help with condensation issues after the roof placement. Since then I have had no issues. I can finally breathe and have the peace of mind to know that my roof is fixed.
Because of how invested the team is to having a successful completion of a project, I now feel comfortable recommending their company.

I want to like four twelve roofing so badly. But after two years my roof is still leaking! I have a brand new roof, new railings installed and it still leaks!
After paying over $12000 for a new roof, I should have zero problems in the first 2-3 or even 5 years. I don’t understand.
I only gave them two stars because of their customer service. The project manager, JP, that I have worked with…great guy. Timely, professional.
It’s like I can’t even repair the ceiling because I know it will leak again. It’s hard to find good reliable work nowadays but I don’t think I would recommend them.

I called Four Twelve Roofing after I found out I had major damage to my roof that needed a complete roof including new boarding underneath the roof lining. I was working with a prior company that could not do the job. I called Four Twelve and they were able to immediately get out and inspect the issue and had the whole roof redone within 2 weeks. I am so happy with the results and timeline they were able to complete the job. I will definitely be recommending to anyone in the Baltimore area!

I had the best experience with 412. The sales rep was amazing his name was Paul and was explained everything perfectly from start to finish. My install went perfect as well. The crew showed up on time the material was dropped off in front of my home and everything went perfect and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. I would strongly recommend 412 to anyone who is looking to get a full roof replacement they are the best in the game hands down!

I had my roof completely replaced by 4 12 roughly 5 years ago. I was impressed with how fast it was done and the price they quoted me. Fast forward to now and the recent rain/snow, customer service was less than enthusiastic about getting someone out stop a leak in our home. We had active leaking and we couldn’t get anyone to come out for over a week. Had another roofer out and he provided these wonderful pictures. Cracking with the call and ripples in the roofing from the rear forward on both sides. If you look at the gutter area they noticed a place that was messed up and decided to caulk it . The gutter is held on with 4 screws. The roofer that made time to come out moved it and it moved easily and very flimsy. I would never recommend them to anyone. My roof 5 years later still has grey particles coming down the gutter that by the way was installed but not even at an angle for maximum flow.
