I worked with Mr. Joe Becker, Solar Pro, to accomplish the installation of solar power at my house in Bel Air, Md. Joe deserves an award for his ability to educate me on the entire process as well as answering my numerous questions. This installation was critical for me because it is my brother's house and I handle all the financial and operational issues related to his day-to-day life. I did not want to do anything that would unknowingly negatively affect his life and Joe made sure I was knowledgeable every step of the way. Plus Joe is an all-around Good Guy. Thank you, Joe. Also, Jari Beasley, Processor Pro, and Andrew Knapp, Project Coordinator, for getting this project get off the ground. Who knew there were so many pieces of the puzzle to get solar installed and installed properly (according to code). I also recognize the efforts and expertise of the installation crew led by Melissa Rounsevelle. Melissa's team, Wesley, Tiffany, Andrew, Marcos, Luis and Casey were first class in every way. Each one was an expert in his/her job and everything they did was perfect. Marcos and Luis completed their job (installation of the solar panels) in record time and the County Inspector approved the installation with the comment “they did more than required by code”. I was on site the entire time and was impressed by the teamwork; I saw that they really enjoy working with each other; and did first class work. Obviously, Melissa provides the leadership that enables her team to succeed. Well Done Team, Well Done. And, helping us with the final step of activating the system was Jody Solell, Solar and Storage Project Manager who provided detailed, accurate, easy to follow instructions With Pictures in response to our email on Saturday, May 11, when we could not activate the system. Thank you, Jody, for helping us get the system up and running on a Saturday. Individuals who provide this level of expertise and service deserve recognition and that is the purpose of this email. Well Done and Thank You Team Edge. P.S. Edge-Energy - we love our new solar system.

EdgeEnergy did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing our panel's issue and they have been very responsive to our queries. The team was very professional and did a great job of also cleaning the panels and picking up all the generated dirt before they left. We are very pleased with their service.

Great experience! Brett took the time to review all the information regarding solar, what Edge Energy provides and answered all of my questions. The scheduling happened in line with expectations. The day of installation was smooth, efficient and they cleaned up! They went over the app and how to use it. The electrician came back when Pepco approved the install and we have been off and running. The panels look amazing and I have received many questions from neighbors about solar. So that's what we want...more sustainable energy.

We used Edge Energy for our solar system installation 13kw with multiple pitched roofs and the panel work inside to connect it all. They worked fast and did a quality job! They minimized the drywall damage as best they could and got everything up and running in 1day. The inspector came after and we were approved the fist pass. We are going to have them back to add critter guards which, in hindsight I should’ve included in the initial order. Thanks!

When I hired EDGE, I learned the difference between energy experts and regular contractors who simply will patch up the home. From the energy audit to the full team of professionals, with guidance and pictures along the way, I am very impressed with the service, communication, and professionalism of EDGE. More than that, the team was very careful with my home, and they cleaned up well after themselves. EDGE was not the lowest price bid that I received, but they were the most comprehensive and professional. They also helped me to understand which parts of the project were most impactful (done first) and what could wait.
