It was great working with Bethesda Cabinets to order what we needed for a kitchen renovation project. The whole process from the start to finish was painless and stress free. And the service was nothing short of stellar. We pelted Layla with a million emails and phone calls and requests and each time we received timely attention and incredible support. We learned about Bethesda Cabinets from all the 5-start reviews they had received from their other clients; we are practically their neighbors but never noticed their unassuming showroom location. So thanks to everyone before us who took the time to reflect on their experience with this great team in Google. Without you we would not have found this gem! Quick Remodels did an incredible job with our kitchen and bathroom! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Their teams are very professional and pleasant to work with. Both projects were completely finished in under 3 weeks and we love the results!

We had an excellent experience working with Santiago, Leila and Sandy and the whole team at Quick Remodels. Santiago is professional, knowledgeable and a person of integrity. The design staff were very engaged in helping us make the best decisions for our project. They remained engaged with us throughout the process and were always quick to respond to our questions. We hired Santiago and his capable staff to complete a basement renovation that included a powder room and to renovate 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom in our 50+ year old home. Working with Santiago and his staff restored our faith that it was possible to find a contractor who conducts business with integrity. Pricing was competitive, and there were no surprises along the way. Although we were responsible for purchasing many elements of the project, Santiago clearly delineated what they were, and if we needed help, advice was available. Communication on a project is key, and everyone--Santiago, Sandy, and Layla--responded quickly whenever we had a question, and they were supportive, pleasant, and professional. Equally important to us was reliability: When Santiago assigned a crew, they showed up every day and worked hard all day. Santiago came about 2-3 times a week to inspect work and patiently answer questions. We think a measure of a contractor is whether they stand behind their work. We can say unequivocally that Santiago stands by his work. We purchased three vanities, and although one had some flaws, Santiago went back to the manufacturer for replacement drawers/doors to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. Again, he stood by his work (even after final payment) and sent crews to address punch list items. His refrain was “no problem,” and his calm demeanor made what can be a stressful time for a homeowner a pleasure.
