I want to provide feedback regarding the recent Security Tech (Jacob) visit to my home. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly survey my existing system and provided excellent suggestions for updating it. His customer focused approach was greatly appreciated. I have had my alarm services with ABC since 2018. I would like to give special credit to one lady who has recently been a wonderful help to me. Raeshell has gone above and beyond what I expected when I was calling for help. She has been extremely professional, friendly, prompt and courteous. Raeshell gives customer service that is sometimes lacking today. She has been a complete pleasure to work with and I can’t express enough appreciation to her!

I've been a happy customer of ABC Alarms for years. Their customer service is outstanding. They treat you like a person, not a number. I can always reach a friendly representative whenever I need help. Plus, my alarm system is excellent and gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I just had a system installed by ABC Burglar at my dermatology office in Annapolis, MD and I couldn't be happier with their level of customer service. Rich and Matt were prompt, professional, and informative. They helped me set up the system on my desktop and phone and answered all my questions. My experience was top notch start to finish and I now have a state-of-the art alarm system and feel comfortable knowing my commercial property is in great hands! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just had a residential alarm system installed by ABC Burglar Alarm Systems. Our Security Consultant, Kristen, was very knowledgable. She didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Our techs were Darren and Rich. They were great, very professional and talented tradesman. We didn’t even know they were in our home until they began testing the system. We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Annapolis. We never even considered installing an alarm system until our home was recently broken into. A family member highly recommended them and we’re thankful we chose them.
