Affonso provided outstanding service during a recent issue with my AC unit. Not only did he diagnose the issue promptly, but he also took the time to explain the problem and the steps needed to resolve it. His efficiency and attention to detail was truly commendable.
Our AC system is now functioning perfectly, thanks to his work. I wanted to extend my gratitude for his hard work and dedication to ensuring our comfort.
A-Plus plumbing technician Robert came to check our plumbing, he was awesome! He was patient and helpful. He explained everything to my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable and friendly making us feel confident in his skills.

I had an overall excellent experience working with this company. They scheduled a next day appointment, and Omar quickly diagnosed my air conditioner issue and proceeded with the repair. Great customer service! I'd give Omar a few more stars if I could!

A Plus Service technician Shawn delivered excellent service today. Very professional, proficient and great customer service. When I had my bi annual maintenance completed a couple of months ago..the technician Alfonso also gave the same excellent service and he is very knowledgeable..Kudos to a great company that I've used almost 20 years.

Hands down this company is top tier . My AC unit stop working Thursday night and within 24 hours the company made sure someone was out here to take care of job.. Momar and other gentleman explain all my issues as well as providing additional instructions to prevent this issue for ever happening again. Great communication, great time management and efficient work ethic. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The company itself is efficient as far as communication and scheduling. You have an online option for booking which is awesome!
George was our technician and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, quick but efficient, informative. I appreciated the information that he provided.
Services are fairly priced not egregious, no unnecessary up-charging. They do offer a membership which is worth its weight in gold. If you are in the market for a good company that offers membership and great service ….I Definitely recommend! If you use them Ask for George ?

James from A-1 Service Experts was wonderful. He identified the issue I was having and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what happened and how to fix the issue should it happen again. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating and I will request him should I need electrical work in the future!

Robert did a superb job once again and should be recognized for his ability to diagnose and solve an issue quickly and thoroughly. He was easy to talk to, friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Great attitude and definitely an asset to the company. I would highly recommend A-Plus and ask for Robert if he's available.

A Plus' Electrician, James, arrived at my home and did a great job pointing out electrical inconsistencies in my home. He was very thorough, helpful, and very professional.
