I had used them before and was pleased with the pricing and final product, BUT they cannot meet a PROMISED deadline if it was velcroed to their foreheads. With that in mind, I brought in my car interior on March 18 2024. I was given a completion date of May 5, 2024. By mid-May, they weren't touched. Of course I was then asked for more time. Long story short, on the 3rd posrlt-poned date, I picked up my interior by end of June incomplete and one seat disassembled. I was so angry I didn't have any words as I collected my interior, left the shop and promptly called my credit card for a full refund of my deposit. Use them at your own risk and don't plan on them finishing anywhere close to the initial due date

I wouldn't give any Stars if possible! The experience previously posted is true! Unfortunately the rating given should have been Zero! If you want your furniture to smell like cat urine, & to be stuffed with cat urine laden material, this is your company. I recommend spending your money elsewhere!

I called the upholsterer on Thursday to inquiry about getting a loveseat re-upholstered. I explained that it was new, would be delivered in the coming days and I would supply the fabric. He requested a picture, that I texted along with the dimensions. He then quoted me a price. I told him I would come by to see his work and I went there the same afternoon to and reminded him that I spoke to him earlier and showed him the text that I sent him. Again, I told him I wanted a new loveseat re-upholstered and wanted to deliver it there on Tuesday. I asked about how long it would take he gave me a time frame and I said I would see him on Tuesday. Tuesday, the delivery truck arrived ahead of me but I went into the store to find out where they should put the loveseat the owner said he had no where to put it. Looking around I saw space and just didn't get it. I could not believe what this guy was saying so I showed him the text message and I reminded him that I was just there on Thursday and he agreed to do the work. I asked how does he do business like this and that he could have told me when I came or called on Thursday that he could not do the job. He just sat at his machine and did not respond. Really how do you treat customers this way. He had no care that my loveseat was on a delivery truck and he refused to accept it. I personally believe it was something else. If he doesn't want to service certain people please put up a sign and trust me they will not come!

Excellent craftsmanship. You can really tell they take pride in their work and in their clients. Great selection and despite the language barrier great customer service. I highly recommend them for any reupholstering you may need done. They truly aim to please. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Great service. They did carpet and seats in my 1999 Chevy Suburban. Looks and feels and smells brand new. Yeah... the Korean accent was pretty strong but he was very friendly and professional.
