I didn't physically use this business however the female was very professional who I spoke with in reference to inspection of a fire extinguisher being tagged. Logically it made no sense for me to pay for my fire extinguisher to be serviced vs just buying a new one yearly for my business in reference to the fire inspection. Scheduled a service call. Asked for a call when the tech was 1/2 away to ensure that I’d be there. Service window 10 - 2. Arrived at 12:30. Called at 1:00 to ask for an ETA. I was told that I’d have to wait until 2. Called back at 1:45 and was told that they were running late. They had my phone number but didn’t call to inform me of the situation. Had to reschedule. Wasted 1/2 of my day. Very disappointed in their ability to communicate.

This company is customer service at it's finest, just when I thought it didn't exist anymore. The receptionist is professional, skillful and always find the right way to brighten any day. Her warm personality is inviting and draws you back for all your service needs. She is one in a million and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company to the highest degree without any reservations.

One of the best places I've worked. Managers are always positively reinforcing staff, they ask for feedback on improving the business because they value their employees' opinion. Customer service is the best in this industry as far as I know. Also a very ethnically diverse and multicultural office and technical staff.
