I contacted Dexterous Appliance Repair, three times in the past, because my clothes dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher weren't working. The repair technician, whose name is Shamsa, was very professional and was able to fix the appliances, and I haven't had any issues with them since, which saved me having to buy new appliances, because they worked like new. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company for appliance repair services.

Calverton. Reliable, reasonable, excellent. Wouldn't call anyone else. Update: Had to call tech back for a replacement thermostat as the one installed did not heat properly. No charge and prompt service. Be mindful that a toolbox placed on top of dryer will scratch the surface.

My microwave wasn’t working properly. Made the appointment online which was super easy. The repairman (forgot his name) showed up on time, explained the issues, quoted a fair price and was done within the hour. Saved me from buying a new one. Would definitely use again! Thank you repairman, whose name I forgot!

There were some delays in answering messages and setting up the appointment. But they beat the competitor's price and fixed the problem with our stove. Stove is working great now! We would definitely use this company again.

Good experience here in Laurel MD with Dexterous Appliance repair. Small window for appointment and good communication on repair need and answering questions. Had a small issue and they addressed quickly... fridge is cold again.

Update: The company rectified the issue and not only fully reimbursed me but Shamsi came out and corrected the issue. A business with integrity is hard to find these days. Thank you so much!
Waiting for a response from business. Wall-mounted microwave not working after broken handle repair - completely operable with broken handle. Will update this review if I receive a positive result.

Needed to replace an appliance part quickly in N. Laurel (after electricians had repaired/restored electrical service that had melted a cord). Dexterous asked questions, quoted over the phone, brought the needed parts and was done quickly. I've never known when to call an appliance repair service before -- now we'll know to call Dexterous!
