This review doesn’t address Carlson Structural Engineering’s work; it addresses their professionalism.
We were looking for a company to assess the condition of a retaining wall on our property, so we reached out to the company that conducted our reserve study. They recommended we contact Carlson Structural Engineering, so we did. They sent a crew out to assess the condition of our wall, but unfortunately, they told us that they were swamped and wouldn't be able to provide us with an assessment. We asked them if they could recommend another company that could assess the condition of our retaining wall. They were nice enough to provide us with contacts at two companies that might be able to help us out.
