I was browsing online and trying to find someone local, for a copper pipe repair job. You just don’t know, when a pinhole leak can burst or not. So, we didn’t hesitate to give this company a call. I got a phone call, within 15 minutes from Arthur. Not only was he really quick with the phone call, but he was willing to come out tonight, right after our phone call and fix my leaking pinhole copper pipe. I was happy that he was able to do so and we took his request. Not many times, you get a true 24-7 plumber, to come out to you asap, as he did. The job was completed in a very quick and timely manner. Arthur is a very nice, knowledgeable person. My wife and I, couldn’t have been more thankful for his services tonight. Thank you again, sir. If you’re looking for a plumber, who is truly 24-7, look no further. He’s a great person for the job!!

Bottom Line Up Front: Arthur gave me great advice on my DIY project after randomly taking my phone calls 2 days in a row. Im doing a DIY to one of my bathrooms (redoing plumbing and installing a new shower pan)and I came across a situation I needed help to figure out. Nonetheless, I went to google and looked up plumbers in my area. I called the 3rd one down the list randomly (North River). I asked the guy on the phone, Arthur, a few questions and asked for a few tips. He ended up giving me more advice than I was looking for and advised me on things to look out for. The very next day I was on the next step and had no clue what concrete to buy. At random and ironically after searching google for plumbers in my area, I called Arthur back. I was trying to avoid calling him as to not bug him with my random questions. He took my call and again, he gave some great advice a told me things to look out for. All that said to say, I truly appreciated his professionalism, his willingness to help a total stranger who had randomly called two days in a row. Thanks, for all the advice, Arthur. My project is coming out great.

About a year ago I randomly chose North River Plumbing in Crofton to install new appliances for my kitchen literally because it was less than a mile from my house. Little did I know Arthur was one of the best service companies I could have ever wished for. When it comes to plumbing he is meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable and delivers quality work every single time. He is also super personable, warm and friendly with an infectious laugh. Last year he hooked up my new gas stove, new refrigerator and my new dishwasher. Today Arthur came to my home promptly - on time - as scheduled to fix an emergency leak under my BR vanity that was done very poorly by a weekend contractor. It was so poor it started to leak again with an hour after he claimed he had fixed it. On Monday Arthur arrived at 11AM and immediately diagnosed what the problem was and he had it fixed within the hour. I will always, I mean always go the Arthur and his North River Plumbing for all of future plumbing needs

Just like everyone else says, Arthur is super responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came to do a minor fix in my shower, but gave me advice on all sorts of plumbing I have in my place and things to look out for in the future! It was super helpful since all my plumbing and appliances were here when I bought the place so I didn’t know much about them. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone!

It was incredible working with Arthur to have my natural gas grill hooked up professionally. Arthur was personable, punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and provided insight for both plumbing and gas items in my house that he noticed outside of his scope of work. We have had a number of small(ish) plumbing issues with the older home we recently moved into, and finding someone as experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to work with as Arthur has been such a relief! He does great work at very reasonable rates, and responds quickly both by phone and email. 10/10!

I've used Arthur as my plumber for many years, (and also happen to know quite of few people in this business) and he is by far the most experienced Master Plumber around! Every single time I have needed his expertise, I was completely satisfied with the result. Even better, he has never had to come back for the same problem. He gets the job done right the first time! It's hard to find quality work at a fair cost and Arthur always exceeds my expectations! The last job in particular was very complicated and required a lot of time and patience on his part. I was so impressed with the manner in which he made sure to do the job perfectly while keeping a smile on his face the whole time. He is very friendly and has a level of professionalism that is above and beyond today's norm. He is honest, flexible, and extremely dedicated to providing the best service possible. I will absolutely be utilizing him for any future services and will recommend him to all of my friends!
