My deck and patio are so beautiful. I have received plenty of compliments from family and neighbors. I chose Capitol Improvements because they also replaced my roof and I trusted the company. Jason, the project manager, was very helpful and patient with me.
Beautiful replacement of my deck! The crew was great and worked so hard in the excessive heat. Great craftsmanship, neat and sturdy corners and railings. I highly recommend Capitol Improvements!

Highly recommend Capitol Improvements! They removed a very old deck of ours, and quickly had a beautiful new deck built for us. The workers were diligent, and Jason was great to work with throughout the process. They were flexible as we modified the design and materials, and we came in on budget.

John Brill and his team did a wonderful job building my front porch and redecking my back porch. The quality of the work is outstanding. I was kept informed during all phases of the project. I highly recommend Capitol Improvements.

I was looking for someone local to redo my deck and decided to give these guys a try after seeing the owner lived in my neighborhood. The salesman, John, was great to work with before, during, and after the project. He was thorough, professional, answered all of our questions, and was very responsive to adjustments throughout. He also did a great job incorporating the good parts of our existing substructure to keep costs reasonable. The crew was also great and cleaned up well afterwards. I caught a few small things along the way, but they were very quickly addressed and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. We’ll likely use them again for our next project. Highly recommended!

I am a repeat customer of Capitol Improvements, the first time was a new roof during the height of COVID restrictions and they did an excellent job! This time around they did a deck for me and bayyybe!! Excellent just plain excellent, they came in got started and now my backyard is going to be used all summer!!

Jason from Capitol Improvements met with me and helped select ProVia entry doors for my house. The old doors were leaking air and damaged to the point that they no longer locked. Jason's crew finished the door installations in the amount of time that they said they would from the beginning. And they did an amazing job. We could not be happier and wish we could rate them ten stars!

Capital Improvements replaced our 30 year old front door. The transformation is beyond our wildest expectations. Jason is a highly professional project manager who kept us well informed every step of the way and stayed on-site during the entire installation. Gerson is a master craftsman and did incredible work. Overall, we highly recommend this team for any home project. We think the before and after is incredible. It totally updated the look of the house. We are thrilled!

The process of renovating your home can be stressful and complicated. Unfortunately, many contractors told me what I would have done to my bathroom. However, Jason from Capitol Improvements listened to what my family wanted (and what we didn’t want) from the room, our budget, and he didn’t try to build the job up. Jason and his team replaced our dated fiberglass one-piece shower / tub with a beautiful tile and stone walk-in shower. The team also installed a stunning travertine floor and a new vanity with a marble top. They turned a cramped bathroom into one that feels fresh and spacious. While we went a little over our budget we more than made up for it with a much higher quality bathroom that we will enjoy for years to come.
