Technician Paul came on time to inspect my AC unit and thoroughly clean it. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The followup after the service was completed was fast.
We had our air conditioning service today by Paul L. He was wonderful. Paul explained everything he was doing. I learned so much from him. Our house is back feel cool. We will use this company again. Paul is welcome here anytime to work on our equipment

A.P. Mathews exceeded my expectations! Everyone provided excellent customer service - from the sales staff, to the project manager to the install staff. They added an extra shift to get my new AC unit installed over the weekend just in time for the heat wave. The crew arrived ahead of time, were efficient and clean. I could not be more impressed and so thankful!

The short: recommended
The longer: I had two new high end Trane HVAC units professionally installed in 2016 but never had good AC flow on the upstairs unit. After 4-5 visits by the installer to fix the air flow, I gave up, and lived with flow that was OK for normal days but inadequate for 90F+ days. Recently I noticed it took a turn for the worse and decided to call someone else than the initial installer. A.P. Mathews instantly identified that the duct on top of the unit was not properly fitted, blowing a good portion of cold air to.... the attic. They also replaced a blown capacitor (the reason it took a turn for worse). I am highly annoyed that for 8 years I put up with this because of someone's incompetence. I'm glad I found someone that is competent. Recommended!

I would highly recommend A.P. Mathew’s. The technician went out of his way to fix the problem. I was expecting to be told I needed to replace my 20 year old air conditioning unit; only to discover (technician) the breaker was the problem. Paul was very helpful, courteous and polite.

So once again these guys prove they are the best. Called them today and they got here within a few hours. Paul is an amazing tech that helps you to fully understand the unit and what is going on with it. I just am amazed in this day and age that a company has maintained such professionalism. And, as we all can appreciate, they answer the phone and talk to you!!!! The following is my review from the last time they were here.

Top notch company and service. The only folks I will call. Even before I was a repeat customer a year ago, they treated me like I’d been with them forever. Worked to get me in and help me. Currently they cleaned my condenser coil and all is good again. They are the best, period.

During the most recent cold weather, our heating system wasn't working as well as expected. I called A.P. Mathews where they answered quickly and despite me not being a customer, they tried to troubleshoot with me for 20 minutes over the phone. When it didn't improve the situation, they sent someone out within 24 hours. The first service technician (Matt) promptly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts which were obtained the same day. A second service technician (Jimmy) rushed the parts out to get it fixed. Finally, a third service technician (Paul) came out to inspect that everything was working and set up a service contract for us. Throughout the process, the office and the service technicians were knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and worked quickly to make sure we had our heat working.

I used A.P. Mathews in the past until I moved out of state and was totally satisfied with their service. I recently moved back and called them to check and clean my furnace and heat pump. Got an appt the next day and Paul was prompt and very courteous. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions (probably some dumb ones) but he was patient and answered them thoroughly. I signed up for the yearly contract once again. I cannot recommend them enough!

We could not be more pleased with the service provided by A.P. Mathews. This is an honest and conscientious company. It is refreshing to find an ethical company like A.P. Mathews in this day and age. We have had a service contract with them for several years, for both our AC and Heating systems, two of each, and could not be happier with their service and professionalism. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They go the extra mile to please the customer and always do the right thing.
